Winter Solstice

Winter Solstice
By: Adam M. Snow

I sought that I be meek,
As days drawn weak;
And days left benighted.
But I be near sighted,
Blind by those who loved me not;
Blind by those who cursed me rot.
Twinkle, twinkle the stars not shine,
The moon eclipse my soulless shrine.
My winter solstice draws an end,
I, myself without a friend.
I, myself alone forever,
As my journey alone endeavour.

My Mind is a White Canvas

My Mind is a White Canvas
By: Adam M. Snow

The silence mellowed out the loudest noise conceived,
And I wonder all that I've deceived.
I dreamt all that I could dream up till now;
My mind draws blank, a white canvas what's shown.
I lost all hope to this once eternal vow,
And of this heart my voice now groan.
It is what I said, that and furthermore;
I've lost all hope of my now untimely lore.

Until I Soar the Horizon Before Me

Until I Soar the Horizon Before Me
By: Adam M. Snow

Do I wake or do I dream.
Do I live or do I die.
Twinkle now I ponder here
As I travel, far and near.
I speak that I dare not speak;
I long after a dream to wake,
But not wake fully from a glimpse,
Leaving I but many simps.
Do I wake or do I dream.
Do I live or do I die.
Until I soar the horizon before me,
I am caged until I am free.

Waging Flame of a Lover's War

My love I told you once before,
of this life and waging war.
But if my life should come to pass,
our memories should forever last.
I say it only once again,
'I shall not fear the foe of men.'
But if I cannot grasp our love,
our morning star shall fall above.
I shall not live but live again.
I shall love you till the very end.
But if our end were sure to come,
my heart is yours, as I lay numb.

What be I be Tomorrow?

What be I be Tomorrow?
By: Adam M. Snow

Nae be I a wonder sorrow.
What be I be tomorrow?
Nae be I a dreamer of dreams;
What of the world, but life it seems.
Heart-wrung tears of perpetual sorrow,
Bringing forth an endless morrow.
To speak, but have no voice;
To live, but not by choice;
To see, but have no sight;
To love and to fight.
In heart-wrung tears of sorrow,
What be I be tomorrow?

White Flower

White Flower
By: Adam M. Snow

Let bloom my lil white flower;
for you, my love will shower.
You're still but a seed;
I can see you're full of creed
You are also young;
there's nothing left unsung.
You are my lil white flower;
you shine this very hour.

You are gentle to the touch;
you mean so much.
You're the reason why;
I refuse to die.
You are my lil white flower;
for you, my love will shower.

A Midnight Summer's Rain

Rain pounding 'gainst my window;
the sound of thunder, wind blow.
Flashes of lightning, silhouettes of shadows;
a nature's melody for me to dance to.

My face drips wet by mid-summer's rain;
I spin with the wind, emotionally sane.
Roaring thunder race a crackling smash,
still I dance on; no care, no care.
Throughout the night, the storm rages still,
and I left to watch this mid-summer's thrill

Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow

Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow
By: Adam M. Snow

My heart does not ache
With every love I take.
Your voice over-shadows
My lame. I repose,
Despite your treachery
Of our love contrary;
Living our unholy masquerade,
Afraid and betrayed.
Your voice does linger still,
Though it be your will;
With every breath I speak,
Though I'm lame and weak-
I speak with my sorrow:
'Will you still love me tomorrow? '

Soulless Reflection

Soulless Reflection
By: Adam M. Snow

Heart to leave upon my sleeve,
I wander tremendously.
The ink fade of a broken heart,
Upon my flesh, a tattoo bares not.
It be without saying as I be praying,
For a time not like this.
It seems that I may lost myself,
In time's frozen abyss;
Counting down till nature's calling,
As death takes me home.
I be without seeing as I be grieving,
For my soulless reflection.

On the Broken Road

On the Broken Road
By: Adam M. Snow

Here I am, alone again;
thinking about my deadly sin.
for I am lost among the wind;
I know not how it all begin.

Why have I forsaken Thee;
now I cannot see;
I only hope you forgive me;
for I have lost my faith in you above;
for you I still love.

I've stepped off this road;
now I ask for you;
Will you make me anew;
take me from this dreary abode;
and let me be with you?
