Without You

I am a root delving through the earth at night time
I am a leaf thirsting for that first raindrop
I am a branch reaching out for sunshine
I am a tree longing to be caressed by the breeze

Without you I am
a bird with no nest
without you I am lost
bewildered and obsessed
Without you I am
words with no melody
without you I am heartbeats
with no symphony

Without you
I am the sea rushing to meet the shore
I am the moon searching for its core
I am a human reaching for a glowing star
The higher I jump the further away you really are

Thoughts of mine

When I was young I used to believe
cheating was the greatest sin
I though white sheets were ghosts
but everything has changed since then

I used to count the stars I wanted to reach
I counted every rock I had climbed
but through those years I had searched
for answers I still can't find

They say sunshine covers the rain
they say laughter covers the pain
but what do the mud stains on the wall say
and why are my tears still here today

I could be beautiful
I could even be rich
but deep within were no one has been
are scars which still wont stitch

Makes you wonder

Sometimes you can see but still be blind
Sometimes you can only see the truth by your mind

Sometimes you make a decision thinking it’s the right one
Then you discover it's not so you say GOD what have I done

Sometimes the only way to solve a problem is by running away
Then you immediately realize you’re a cowered if you don’t stay

Sometimes your pride prevents you from doing what's right
Knowing if it didn’t exist you would have done them or might

Sometimes you correct others and seem to forget yourself
Sometimes you treat others and forget your own health

When An Answer Is A Question

When I spray your perfume on my pillow
Tell me what that means
Because I myself just often wonder
Is it more than it seems

When I hold your hand and know your right there
Tell me how it feels like freedom
Because I my self just often wonder
my king, do we have a lasting kingdom?

When I hear you laughing from your heart
Tell me why its music to my ears
Because I myself just often wonder
are you the reason my pain disappears

When I fear your loss every second
Tell me how I can make you stay
Because I myself just often wonder
Does happiness have a price to pay

I Am Coming Home

Take my hand
and I will close my eyes
guide me home
and as a child
I will eagerly fantasize

Its been along time since I've been home
and I hope I am nearly there
no matter how far you are, they say
home knows no race, no distance
home is fair

home is at the end of war
home is in the peacfull sun
home is in the mornings breeze
home is where it all began

they say, even if you run away
home can still find you
they say you cant have it all

By love we dare

Let us have fun
time waits for no one

let us revolve around every galaxy
every moment we share involves ecstasy

let us remain forever young
together we are right and never wrong

let us watch each other grow
stars with love we sparkle and glow

let us walk among the river hand in hand
while creating footprints along the sand

let us climb the highest mountain of love
distinguished from all lovers we rest above

let us wave and leave this world united as one
may every morning we be visited by the sun

Could it be cold out there?

Crystals of snow sparkles of fire
spent with a person I most desire

stars that glow like valentine candle lights
deep down we know it’s one in a million nights

boxes that open then letters unfold
feelings that spin waiting to be told

the shadow of my heart reflects on you
each side you have one that makes them two

sensuous music soft and romantic
memorised moments so rhetoric

I can feel you embrace my arms
its so effecting like lightning and farms

the gallous moon shouts by its light
its full of envy it would nearly put up a fight

And I walk...

I walk under the outside rain
I walk with nothing but my inside pain
where ever I run I face a locked door
I have lost every reason I used to pray for

But I walk...

circumstances, consequences are what made my pacience grow
I listen carefuly I watch accurately and that is how I know
I know what they think I know what they silently say
I read there eyes and slowly lead them to become my prey

And I walk...

I walk hoping that they will hurt me once again
because then I will have an exuse to drive them insane
I give many oppurtunities but I am generously revengeful
I am slowly loosing my spirit but for the first time I feel grateful

Who I am? & What I Want?

I am not a sinner, but nor am I saint
I was born to love but I was taught to hate

I have searched for answers, but remained lost
I've discovered happiness, but had to bear the coast

Unkept promises, unfair lives are what make us who we are
hurt, belittled and doubtful of reaching anywhere far

Isn’t it ironic to have ambition but lack the will to live?
Isn’t it painful to love so much but lose the ability to give?

Oh, those sleepless nights, that lonely moon and I
Those haunting thoughts that still cause my heart to cry

I will get over him and her and everything that they have done
but will I ever manage to set my self free to run?

Every time i get over you

I tell myself that i can resist
I tell myself that i can forget
I tell myself that you dont exist
I tell myself that we have never met

But then i scense an arm upon my shoulder
And baby i just know it is you..
you whisper: that you'll be there when it gets colder
and i turn around and say: i hope you do

you gently caress my hair
And kiss me because you care
I hold you tight and promise not to let you go
but baby too little did and do i know

And i wake up once again..
With a smile and a little pain..
And i dont know who to blame..

But Everytime i get over you
