Exquisite Valentine Flower
It's Valentine’s Day, I'm going to contemplate you
And celebrate with you, until the night is through.
I am going to admire the color of your skin,
From dawn until the fall of the dark curtain.
I want to breathe, inhale your beauty,
And nourish my muscles with your aroma.
Darling, let me display my fidelity,
By offering you my soul and my charisma.
The town will be lightly perfumed later on.
After the bells of the Angelus, I’ll have in my possession
The divine torch to awaken and to praise you
Until the departure of the midnight’s moon.
Alas! You will be naturally parched,
And gently imbued in the sea of love and kisses.
Exhausted, you’ll be ranked among the Misses,
Which have left a lasting impact on my heart.

Es Tu Sonrisa Rita
Mujer, déjame que te desmitificar,
Así puedo entender
Por qué te quiero
Tanto.
Toque tu nariz,
Cubre tus mejillas,
Hace algunos trucos,
Trata de fingir,
Caminar, correr, parar y sentarse.

Violence Against Women
Violence against women is simply unacceptable.
God created men and women to love with one another,
To enjoy each other until the end of the last hour,
Until the end of time. It is despicable,
It is awful for men to abuse women,
To sell them like cheap hot cakes, to take advantage
Of them, and to use so much force and rage
Against the most beautiful creatures in Eden.
Only cowards would mistreat the women and the flowers
Of the paradise that God took the time to create.
Allah in heaven! God, who can decide the fate
Of humanity, protect all who find themselves in front of the barrels
Of violence, of misery and of unthinkable discrimination;
Wise up the men who are lost in the shuffle of time;
Use your almighty power and strength to eradicate crime;
And force men and women to love one another again in action,
In deeds, in words, in gestures, and of course in spirit.
Men and women were created to love each other without guilt.

Aung San Suu Kyi
Your name means Liberty
Freedom and Equality
Just like Mandela, Gandhi
And Martin Luther King
Your name means Sacrifice
Hope and Respect for human dignity
You are the last hope for all Burmese
Your dedication is fit for a King.
The democratic world supports you
And loves you
You are the Queen of perseverance
You are fearless in front of malfeasance
Barbarism, brutality and ignorance
Dictatorship always fails
It is a matter of time
Patience always prevails
It is a matter of time.
The enemy is scared

Donne Un Compte-Goutte De Raison A la Paix
Les nuages sauvages
Qui voyagent
Dans le firmament.
Les missiles et les projectiles
Qui éclatent la profile
De nombreux innocents.
Les enfants
Qui pleurent sur les bancs,
Et leurs mamans
Qui souffrent piteusement.
Les canons
Qui dévorent les monts,
Les vallées et les villes.
Où est l'amour,
Au milieu de toutes ces tueries,
En pleine furie,

Valentine’s Night
My imagination is swimming deep
In the abyss of your love;
My thoughts are flying high like a dove.
I am going to die in my sleep,
This Valentine’s night,
Exotic Sunshine,
If you don’t dine,
With me tonight.
Two gorgeous swans pause in the amorous waters,
Two peacocks stroll on the beach boardwalk.
The roosters serenade and the chicks talk;
It would be wonderful to live in the same quarters.
It is exciting to dream,
Yes, it is acceptable to scream:
Happy Valentine’s Day,
Happy Valentine’s Day.
It is enlightening to watch the stars in heaven

Supermodels Are People Too
The long legs, the long eyebrows
The short skirts, the absence of bras
The silky hair, the flat chest
The short nails, the long nose
The small hole, the long toes
And they fail to wear their Sunday’s best
Supermodels are people too.
They eat like the exotic pelicans
They walk like the rowdy drunks
Who kicked the old beer cans
Next to the illegally parked vans
Supermodels are people too.
The angels of the nights
The exquisite sights
The retired pimps of the streets
They refused to eat the hot beats
Who shed blood not tears
The walking style of the hungry deers

Global Warming
The glaciers are melting,
The Alaskan bears are roaming the streets.
The sea has taken over the mean straits.
The whales and the sharks are devouring
Our children.
Angry penguins are standing in the den.
They are all blaming you and me.
They want our apple pie, our tea and coffee;
They want to take over the universe.
Planet Earth is in trouble, the devils are athirst.
The lions, the tigers, the hyenas, the foxes…
Are chasing presidents, generals and the masses.
Humanity is doomed, they are coming after us.
No place to hide, no shelters for us.
The sea waves are up to our knees.
If we don’t stop this nonsense,
Before we know it, the flies and the flees
Will be sucking our stubborn brains.
It is vitally important that we protect the environment,
So humanity can have a safe and secured tent.

Que c'est beau! Ce duo dynamique ne se fâche que rarement;
Les reflets de leur silhouette ressemblent à ceux des statuettes;
Ce couple amoureux chasse les tris tris et les pisquettes,
Venant partout de tous les quatre points cardinaux.

Tribute to Aimé Césaire
One must be really like you from the native country to comprehend,
One must be truly like me from the tropical country to understand,
And to feel at this very moment the stinging lashes
Unjustly burning the flesh of our ancestors to ashes.
One must be in our skin; one must have our blood,
And have walked under the hot sun of bad weathers
To understand the long moaning of our soul,
The suffering of our people and the miseries of our ladies.
In my heart, you remain, ad vitam aeternam, one of the fathers of negritude,
Which has inspired your children scattered all over
The world. Today, you're gone and I'm sad. I still feel the iron collar
Of slavery smothering, strangling, and suffocating me,
And the kicks of the iron boots of this sad and inhumane history.
Brave Poet! Many thanks! May God welcome you in His Beatitude!
