Kawulaning Gusti (Javanese)
Kawulaning Gusti gandrung nir ngunjuk anggur
Kawulaning Gusti tuwuk nir ngersaaken dhahar
Kawulaning Gusti mamring kecalan margi
Kawulaning Gusti nir dhahar nir sare
Kawulaning Gusti panditoning ratu kanthi ageman kere
Kawulaning Gusti bondho ing reruntuhaning puing-puing
Kawulaning Gusti mboten saking howo lan siti
Kawulaning Gusti mboten saking geni lan toya
Kawulaning Gusti samudro tanpa wates
Kawulaning Gusti ngedalaken manik-berlian tanpa mendung
Kawulaning Gusti gadhah maewu rembulan langit
Kawulaning Gusti gadhah maatus srengenge
Kawulaning Gusti wicak sakmawis panandang
Kawulaning Gusti lelono mboten kanthi kitab
Kawulaning Gusti ing sakjabaning kafir
Kawulaning Gusti suwung megatruh
Kawulaning Gusti tansah nglilir tugur wekdal dalu
Kawulaning Gusti primpen kasimpen, Shams-i din
Kawulaning Gusti: monggo sinauso pun padosi!

Kwatrin Memandang Bulan (Indonesian)
~Requiem buat Sapto Rahardjo~
Lelaki bersandal jepit memandang bulan
Bilakah hari memadamkan baranya?
Samudera bergelombang membenamkan setiap kembara
Harapan demi harapan gugur dari rambutnya
Lelaki bersandal jepit mengepit senyap
Bulan beserta malam-malam dihatinya
Kerontang musim mengajak bicara
Nyanyian demi nyanyian menggugurkan senja
Lelaki bersandal jepit merangkai mimpinya
Mimpi melayang seperti burung camar
Menggapai langit menjatuhkan hujan
Hujan runtuh membasahi kemarau
Lelaki bersandal jepit memainkan bonang
Malam hening menggetarkan dawai
Sunyi adalah kembara

A Park & Dusk
A garden and afternoon
is
a partner forever
As soon as the old
Moment is full
~ we walk
arm in arm
Maybe I guided you
Or you lead me
There is a violet dusk
Arthritis and back pain
We looked at the children running
Whether it comes from anywhere around
May come from a distant past
Which could have been written with small letters
Without comma, with no point
Spelled in front of an old typewriter
There is a set of expectations extinct
But many (too) lovely surprises
The word means full of cash is our promise

God, You Punish Me With A Quiet And Love
god, you punish me with a quiet and love
many years i walked into your jungle
what a thorn piercing the foot
i always say love always
although the soil, earth, quiet trees always
you punish me with a quiet and love
there is a silence that hunting
do you love me?
this sort of question a child
that being withdrawn
but why do you punish me with love?
i was not able to recognize the crowd unless
otherwise a quiet way
hummed roar of water but you can not dam
from the hum of small water
high into the mountain
being a rustling in the valley
and the roar unstoppable
are there any you love me?
god, you punish me with a quiet and love

Clothes
That party requires me to wear this and that
The dress code rules, the most annoying;
And if I have to deliver this news
Such as delivering newspapers
to be wearing a raincoat
How idiot-definitely-in times of rain and
the news was soaking
'How are you so? '
Weather folded pocket behind
The voice laughed, embarrassed the rigid rules..
What clothes should be removed
even though it
Giggles fly over the heads of
And golden perch in the cage
The owners of the kingdom of words;
Husband joked with another man's wife
In the pockets of his clothes there
1 box of cards,
mobile-phone numbers and streets with no name
'Excellent news today'

The (quiet) ornament of Jakarta
What are belongs to a major city?
Besides of any busy interrupting reverie
At each stop along the sidewalk
There are going to say hello but did not
Above the height of the horror
Phobia looked at the cars passing by
Wind perched atop, the penthouse and a flying heart
Your own!
At the wizened, big cities have always wanted to look pretty
The streets are perforated faces but always returned
Tuter sirens and the hum of cars endlessly
'How would budge, when traffic is just a marker, a symbol
of the metro's and loneliness,
of ignorance? '
Is that a convoy of official cars
or is there a fire?
Common people always serve the extraordinary people
Buildings replacing the peaceful forest clusters
At most, I found a
paintings of the forest impresion

Straight Stared In Your Eyes
then learn to understand from the beginning
reading spelling you never gave
for as the understanding of early
stems from necessity
suffering endured
the twisted roots grow strong
in the main trunk
grass that grows
in all seasons
willingness to grow
of the eyeballs
connect with a sense of quiet
natural objects that exist in the kingdom hearts
knows how many times i beg you
don't make a spider web to trap
be your victim
lured into the eyeballs
trapped soul your soul
flow through the arteries
meet the desires

With a Dog
I do not know by what name I call you, my friend. You move your tail, running around me wanted to meet, wanted to be my friend, so I know you. Yes, I came from a very distant country, and where you come from my friend? You suddenly came over. Hesitated and want to go. Then when you finally do come again, I call someone to take our pictures. I'm nobody's friends, only a heart that runs and forth, there may be windows that would open slightly, in which one wants to peek, but the window was closed again because if it is too close to the heart, you're not going to mean.Though the word 'from the gutter maybe you will find pearls', while in the pool behind the luxury hotels do not necessarily get you a fancy heart. And I was just a dream scavengers, who feared to sleep, to wake up, and the day has lost quiet to dream, but where there life without a dream, which is driven by death and grief? When the cloud was thick, all of a sudden you run back into the woods, my friend. Maybe the rain has called you to go along with the dreams, and never to return. Thank you, my friend.

Tracking Ki Ageng In A Wet-Soes Cake
(1) dawn
If a temperate night
Love you sneak in space
Nothing I said
Even you
Love is a set of empty words
Man who rediscovered by Ki Ageng Surjomentaram,
70 years full of meaning
Of loss of mother, grandfather, his beloved wife
He wanted to resign from a noble prince
Coolie labor to run out so quietly
Who am I, thirst, hunger...
Shouldered his father as a human soul
Love is not lust, but the nature
Happiness is union
The whole spirit in self
In every life choice, wherever you are
It is not fear or anxiety
But the belief that you have being

Menatap lurus matamu (Indonesian)
lalu belajar mengerti dari awal,
membaca kembali ejaan yang tak pernah kau berikan,
karena sebagaimana pengertian dari awalnya
bermula dari keterpaksaan,
penderitaan yang dijalani,
akar tunjang yang membelit tumbuh
di pokok batangnya,
rumput yang tumbuh
di segala musim,
kerelaan yang tumbuh
dari bola matamu,
memperkaitkan sepi pada pengertian,
alam benda-benda yang ada di kerajaan hati,
entah berapa kali aku mengemis padamu,
jangan buatkan sarang laba-laba yang menjebakku,
jadi magsamu,
terpikat masuk ke bola matamu,
terjebak sukma ruhmu,
melewati aliran nadi,
memenuhi hasrat,
