There I rest
A posing posture sit
Empty glass of wine at best
Candle burnt down to the wick
Worn upon my sleeve
Measures of emotions
Loud clamour cleave
Deep as the ocean
Read these lines and scatter rhymes
upon the grounds of summer nights

In The Father's Name With Love
The Devil has his wicked way
And on the weak he doth prey
We must unite and pray for hope
That God may give people strength to cope
To fight against the Devil of dark
Then let all souls make their mark
Unite in peace and gain strength from above

A smile is worth a million dreams
And laughter a thousand heartbeats
Lifting the spirits and chasing the blues away
With every smile a chance to open doors to laughter

She doth despise

Holds more worth
The respect and love of your child

Rocking Horse
Grandpa made your rocking horse
with loving hands and sweat.
You were such a little man
and thought it was your pet
With just a little help
you'd climb upon it's back.
You couldn't even reach the pegs
but still you had the knack.
Crickety crick, crickety crick
you'd rock the horse with glee
It never really mattered

Another Dodgy Dave Tale to converse
It seems David thinks he's not an angel or worse
He just doesn't understand
That an angel is someone that lends a hand
Friendship is the key you see

Freedom Fairy
I'm looking for the freedom fairy.
Have you seen her yet today?
I need a little pick-me-up
to set me on my way.
All the extra baggage
and the things that just annoy.
She could rid me of them all
so I could look at things with joy.
I know it's not that simple
But I sure do like to dream.
That if I found a freedom fairy,
my life would be serene
