Romantic Love
Love is not of minds alone;
Love is not of hearts that yearn;
Love is not of bodies entwined;
Love is more than the finest wine!
Love is not just when eyes see;
Love is not just when ears hear;
Love is not all sensory;
Love is more than what you dream!
Love is not of earthly mould;
Love is not human-designed;
Love is not ephemeral;
Love is more – predestined!
Love is not of sex, age, race;
Love is not for earth’s life-span;
Love is not togetherness;
Love is more- Eternity!

Love Rules the Diver’s Feat!
Love goads the fall from off the cliff so high!
Love keeps afloat the man, bird-like in sky;
Love frees the mind off risks, unwanted fear;
Love takes the plunge into the sea, now near.
Love bubbles up the diver truly fast,
To gasp for air, above the sea so vast;
Love fills the heart with dare-devilish art;
Love rules the diver’s every, risky feat!
Love rules the diver’s every feat;
Love rules the diver’s feat!

Bible Stories: Job (Chapter XXV)
Bildad, the Shuhite answered then:
Dominion belongs to God,
Who harmony brings in heavens;
Awesomeness too goes to the Lord.
Innumerable are His armies;
The stars and angels are His troops;
His light extends to all of them.
Can man be just in God’s own sight?
Can Eve’s children be innocent?
Behold the moon to God isn’t bright;
Stars luminous aren’t in His sight;
How much lesser ought to be man,
Who is but only maggot-like,
And son of man, who’s just a worm!

Deepavali – The Festival Of Lights, 2011
Light the lamps and adorn your home;
The ‘Festival of Lights’ has come;
Make the sweetmeats and food dainty;
Dress in new clothes, looking pretty!
Share the joy with neighbours around;
Light the crackers, making great sound;
Throng the temples, heartily pray;
Good has won o’er evil today.
Let love of men and divine love,
Enrich your mind and heart, soul now;
Spread the light to dispel darkness;
Let life be filled with happiness!
‘HAPPY DEEPAVALI,2011 TO INDIANS GLOBALLY! ’

New Year Resolutions
Give God the place that’s due to Him;
Spare time to read the Bible well;
Meditate upon the Word of God;
Live as per His expectations.
Have trust in God’s omnipotence;
Pay heed to His warnings in time;
Have God as Friend and Guide all life;
Keep your soul pure always by grace.
Do your duty: Leave the rest to God;
Ask pardon for sins committed;
Serve God: Ignore the world of men;
Walk/ run on ‘the Road to Heaven’;
Be soul-wise in earthly life.

Be My Valentine Today
Give me special love this day;
Make me happy in my way;
Be my lovely Fay, I say
Be my valentine today!
Give me all the bliss I seek;
Meet my every request meek;
Show me romance at its peak;
Be my valentine today!
Love is something all do need;
It’s the soul’s very life-seed;
Talking love is good indeed;
Be my valentine today!
Let us enjoy life right now;
Let us sit and share our love;
Sex if need be, and things more;
Be my valentine today!

The Caterpillar
Dangling down its silken thread,
A caterpillar came;
From atop a branch of tree,
After her feeding game.
Little did it think that there,
A leafy twig green stood,
While it began to descend down,
Dancing across the air.
It jumped in fright upwards from where
It attempted to fall;
The leafy branch too followed it,
And formed a bottom wall.
The Caterpillar sensed the leaves,
And found them succulent;
Alighting gently upon it,
It romped home happily!

What Shall I Give My Valentine?
What shall I give my Valentine?
A bouquet of flowers
Exquisite cards with heart-felt words
Exotic foods and pastries
Greetings by phone or by e-mail
What shall I give my Valentine?
Kisses by the hundreds
Endearing words of love
Piercing looks of silent, ardent love
Togetherness we’d never experienced
What shall I give my Valentine?
Renew our fidelity of love
Modern fashionable dresses
A precious gift of gold and diamonds
Memoirs of love of yester-years!

Truths of My Life
No one is my enemy;
My sins and blunders cause my woes;
My iniquities turn my foes;
I blame myself squarely.
No one is my friend indeed;
Most people are mere actors good;
Never expect their help, I should;
They live in utter greed.
No one is my role-model;
I see just people imperfect;
And everyone has some defect;
The world is in pell-mell.
So, I must be just myself;
But let me try to be better;
Let me be good a trend-setter;
Let me not be for pelf.

God Means All Things to Me
If not for Your love, dear God,
What would I be?
If not for Your care, dear Lord,
How would I be?
If not for Your affection, God,
Where would I be?
If not for Your kindness, dear Lord,
Could I ‘live be?
If not for Your forgiveness, God,
Would not I feel guilty?
If not for Your protection, Lord,
Can I live safely?
God means all things to me in life;
God is my only Friend in strife;
God is my guiding Light and Way;
He won’t forsake me any day!
