The Last Tango In Transylvania (Shall We Dance)
Reaching the end of the higher level
of the haunted halls
This part of the castle certainly wasn't
easy
But I survived
I'm still alive
Reaching the end
I notice 2 statues and 2 columns
Without a second gone by
I see a couple dance
They dance around the entire area
Shall we dance
Sure, why not
They notice me
And charge toward me
With their swords drawn

Love And Romance On Blobolonia
With the help of my telescope
I can see that the citizens on Blobolonia are celebrating love and romance
They're putting their wishes and faith into the stars
They're hoping for a better future and what's to come
The planet of Blobolonia awaits the next turn
Revolving on its axis
Revolving around but far away from the sun
Green and greener pastures all exist in the fields
Popcorn is everywhere
And the wild cherries hang in the tree
Ready to explode if they hit the ground
In Blobolonia
They eagerly await the birth of a new season
They eagerly await the possibility of many wonderful things
But for right now
They're celebrating love and romance
Love is abounding them all in Blobolonia

The Fourth Of July (Love And Rockets Red Glare)
On this night of patriotic celebration
We find a special place to hide away
for a while
Just for the two of us
Under the boardwalk
We lay a blanket down and spread it out
Sitting on the blanket
The time has come
And so
One by one
Fireworks and rockets go off
As they go off
We exchange hugs and kisses
While still making time to see the beauty
and magic happening in the sky
On the Fourth of July

1989
It's all elemental
When the Candy Girl and the Electric Youth meet
The digger is going up and going down
Rising up and rising down
Candy stores are heaven for the kids
Rick and Jennifer hold hands as they walk on by
During the day and the sunshine
The songs of Midnight Oil play on
And it becomes apparent when the full moon comes along
The songs of The Clash play on and on
The gardener tells his visitors of what he hopes for the future
I'm still having recurring dreams
The kids love their yo-yo's
Flinging and swinging them around in every direction
On a hill
The Candy Girl and the Electric Youth sit side by side
As airplanes pass by over them

Remembering This Summer Of Mermaids
Walking along the beach
I'm lost in my thoughts
I'm lost in my memories
Just thinking about them all
I know summer's about over
But my thoughts continue to go over
what happened to me over this time
span
My thoughts also go back to special times
that I spent with many of them
Yes, to me
It was a summer of mermaids
The many times we shared
The friendship you all gave to me
It showed you all truly cared
I'll always remember those moments
in time

Meeting And Following The Mermaids
Far away from land
I'm swimming under the sea
Looking for some sea treasures
Either hidden or out in plain sight
On the ocean's floor
As I swim about the sea
Looking on the ocean floor for conch shells
and rare pearls
I feel a tap on my shoulder
And I about jump out of my skin
But I quickly go calm and turn around
And I look at you and your mer sisters
Smiling and looking at me
Being amazed yet stunned
You all are a beauty to behold
And I'm stuck in a dream-like state

The Curse Has Killed The Laurel Tree
The power of Dracula's curse is felt everywhere in Transylvania
The countryside is run down
The towns are feeling older than they should
Bridges are broken apart in pieces
And the minions of the undead grow in numbers more and more every day
And interestingly enough
Someway, somehow
The curse has killed the laurel tree
Walking up to the laurel tree
While protecting myself from the effects of evil
While being blessed in the time of sunlight
I can tell the laurel tree is so far gone
I can tell it's dead
And in my heart, I feel its pain
I feel for it, I really do
Because it didn't deserve this fate
And to the people as well as myself

By Starlight, Farewell and Goodnight
After the wonderful day we've all had
After the beautiful night we've all had
After all the fun
After all the laughs
After all the happiness
We must part ways
By starlight, farewell and goodnight
My friends
Who knows if the magic will still be there
Shall we ever meet again
But the memories you all gave me will last
a long time
I assure you all
I'll make sure of that
By starlight
The fairy dust rains down on us all
It seems like it picked the perfect time to fall

Cowgirl
Dressed in a vest, daisy dukes, cowboy boots,
and a cowboy hat
You're a girl for my own heart
You're a cowgirl
You walk up to me
And we say hi to one another
And we start a conversation
Finding things we have in common
With one another
After a while of chatting
You offer me a ride with you on your
horse
And it's an offer I take up
We climb aboard your horse
And I'm glad that your horse can
carry the both of us

Renaissance Wedding
Standing where I am
With the many lords and knights
As well as the many ladies and mages
We all smile, nod, and understand
For we know for this couple
This time's now for them
And something full of blessing is waiting
As they walk, this place is their rightful stage
It's a Renaissance Wedding
And I'm proud to be for this occasion, a knight
My costume stops at my knees
With my boots going from my feet to my knees
The cape I wear sways in the breeze
The bride and the groom say their vows to one another
The service then crowns them
And as such
The bride and the groom are now a king and queen
