Three Words

Three laconic words I love you enshroud
The hearts of those of dead love
Angels whom hide behind love's cloud
Below here on earth from up above
Each line a line in their ivory dipped wings
I love you I love you captivate
Thine hearts of hearts the angels sing
As our hearts draw close and gravitate
Dead words in dead song the poet grieves
At the grave of love of dead grizzled white
To resurrect thee with I love you he believes
In love, every love, love at first sight
As the clouds, separate and light shine through
All hearts eyes gaze and learn
It's true, it's true
In the words I love you we burn….

Guilt

Onerous guilt
From the residue of sin
Guilt's foundation is built.

It fills my mind
and tarries in my thoughts
and all my sin
all my ignorance whim
it wroughts.

The terrible things said,
the acts performed
the blood I shed
the souls I deformed
Guilt, formed the residue of sin, and built
A kingdom of pain in me...

Guilt, the barren of caprice
Where mine heart cease
To be the lord over me…

The tempest tempted the valiant man

The tempest tempted the valiant man
Whose madam fair, loved unfairly
His mind dreamt of murder as minds can
Murder of the thing he loved dearly.
Devilish he spied with his clandestine eye
Upon his madam's breast hidden behind lovely lace
There he found deception cloaked in its clever lie
For her heart beat at a dishonest deceptive pace.
He withdrew his dagger and stabbed his heart brave
She screamed in agony with treacherous pain
My love I am sorry I played a knave
And loved another, for lust and pleasure gain
The lady drowned in her pool of tears
For she killed herself, when her man killed his fears…..

Internal Kingdom

I wish I could feel forever what I feel this moment
Dead to the world but alive only in me
Each organ of mine soul playing like a German symphony
The music of genius to mine soul's fulfillment.

Feeling only what a love may bestow
But not loved, only loving, like a saint love's God
In mine own world, mine soul, my soul trod
Each step on each stair to myself I go.

To a kingdom wert enchanting music doth play
To mine mind, and mine mind only
Aloft in solitude, with itself and lonely
The only place to go the place I will stay.

Wert I hear my tears and I am beautiful
In my internal kingdom of beauty immutable.

Missing Love~

Love is not the same when my love does not love you
Weak when I am with thee, meek without thee
Death never died, like my soul dies when death ensue
Without thee affections to incinerate mine tears weary
I walk through the storm of lost love dreary
Like the orphan I know not love but loves woe
If love is a dove, than my love a crow
And tears that make one strong, make me week
Through tears veil, with passion vehement I seek
My love's soul, her body, her apparition
To pledge my repentance and emanate contrition
But passion ameliorates naught, and does not turn
my love to love thee… I still burn
without thee.

Limitless Abyss

Like the fall night air, thou presence sends shivers
Down my spine to where I know not
To the abyss where all love delivers?
The abyss where all love is sought
Where lover's lost and all love is found
In its bottomless depths its vast expanse
Only to be found by thy love profound
As subtle as sweet as a lover's glance
Thine love, never ending, is a limitless abyss
A strange fate, struck by chills from the hand of chance
Like our love's first romantic kiss
Under the abysmal heavens where our souls did dance
To the music of all epochs; music of our own age
In the fall night air in its abyss our love's lovely stage…

Palpable love, true beauty, wandering in thee

Palpable love, true beauty, wandering in thee
Touching each atom, insinuating in every gene
Playing each organ, in solemn symphony;
I hear thy deaf beauty, thy beauty I feign.
Magnificent, marvelous I seamlessly wonder
Can my mind ever achieve the beauty of thee?
I can only listen and not touch thy thunder;
The musical nature which thou compose me.
No genius, intuition from love's orb
Revolves around thee and the soul thy possess,
For in music and by music thou absorb
All truth, all beauty, that my heart doth obsess.
So orchestrate with thy breathe and uplift me high
Without thy music, I am mortal, I know I shall die…

A Virgin Above; A Human Below

In the cobalt saturated blue sky above
An indissoluble flesh of swarthy beauty
Shapes into something sweet, expounding love
To the heart of me, and my sense of duty
It is a duty to love; to love her I solemnly swear
To all God's creatures, on my family name
Her honor I protect, her respect I bear
And carry though life, and its entailment of shame
This sweet heavenly soul, in a sea of sky
Aloof from sin, passionately virgin she float
Aloft in tender mystery, veiled behind heaven's eye
Alone, alone like me, in peace in solitude remote
But she is there above, and I am here below
Innocent she remain, while to sin I seem to go…

The Master Of My Pen, The Author Of My Woe

The master of my pen, the author of my woe
My loves sorrow, my love's flower morose
In my night dreams, in strange light show
An apparition of dead love, her ghastly ghost
O! Love dead! To me thou love still grow
And dampen my dreams, with serious tears
Awakening my unconscious to my conscious flow
Insinuating thy sweet sorrow into my love's fears
Thou art dead, and the sadness I feel
Is the sadness thou art, for thou cannot love me again
For thy hand is as weak as air, thou art not real
Only real in my emotive river, of lasting pain
My love, my love, thou became my love only
For thou art dead and I am sorrowfully lonely…

Heather

A simple pulse, just one breathe
To my heart's delight, the name Heather
Solaces sorrow, on the precipice of death
Her name as fragile as a dove's feather
It possesses' a taste of heaven's solemnity sweet
When it's heard, an angel I hear; then an angel I meet.
Heather, Heather, Heather
On her feather I aspire to love's aesthetic
So heavenly thy sound, a voice prophetic
Says this is what Heaven's token can be;
A heavenly name Heather beautiful like she
So with her feather I brush
My tender melancholic cheek
A cherry burst I blush
And my soul weak..
Hearing thy name of the heaven's feather, solemnly sweet, the lovely Heather.
