We whisper goodnight…

As the clock of love ticks
Mine heart slowly grows
Our love melted in we sticks
As in thine heart mine love flows
Gently like the somber waves
Of the sorrowful sea blue
The sound we follow paves
Art love to beauty true
Melted together like the heat of the sun
We shine on the waves gleam
Flowing together with the voice of one
In earth's shadows we beam
Our light of sweet heaven delight
In the light of stars in tender night
We whisper goodnight…

The Way To God's Heart

God's heart is the seed of gloom
There he's springs and his love loom

Sorrow is the path one weary boy trods
To heaven's heart, the heart of God's

The weary boy wallows in sorrows past
Till God's heart he reaches at very last

In sorrow the weary boy does vent
To God's heart where his sins repent.

With sorrow God sews him to his breast
In his heart's palm his sorrows lay rest

To know sorrow is to understand
And live in truth of God's heartland

Mirna

Mirna a name to pen my passion
A mystical Goddess of love's descent
To the Goddess passion thine heart lent
Thine succulent fruit of love's compassion.
Passion met Mirna behind a curve line pale
A dark shadow in her deranged mind
Where there in solitude, her sweetness you'll find
In the music of her lovely gale.
Assailed! By the world, she must pay
All her passion, all her beauty
In her words and with her serenity
She hides her love, she passes away.

I loved all the love away

I loved all the love away
Left with mine prodigal hand
Mine heart through my fingers play
To soft white sensual sand
In a desert of sheer famine
Bereft of love and love's sea
I scavenge the ground and examine
The desert of what's left of me
Nothing but white sand and shore
Where the moon tide's waves
move rippled sand of desert galore
to taunt and with will depraves
The love I need, but shows the love I had
Lost in the desert delusional I'm utterly mad…

Dreams Dreams Dreams

I dream of you, dreaming of me
In thy imagination, lovely and free

Astray on a unimaginable path
Where me and you are all we hath

Dreaming of dreams that should be
The mind of you to bind with me

In my dreams its thou I see
I see thou with my harmony

Dreams, Dreams, Dreams
Gleams, Gleams, Gleams

Gleams of you and gleams of me
In dreams of you in dreams of me

The gleams that hope
The gleams that elope

Inside of me, all I know

Inside of me, all I know
Is life a moral life obscure
Full of grief, pervading woe
Difficulties to fuel mine soul demure
My life veiled by mine own eye
Ornamented by mine sensitive flesh
Life I know I may someday die
With death doth life enmesh?
Searching deeper in life's abyss
Falling into its dark, most deepest wisdom
I close my lips and like a lover kiss
God and his secret kingdom.
Unknown, to know, to dream in sleep
I awake from a moment, my dream I keep.

Thine Beauty

I bath myself with thy beauty thine
To conceal myself under thee
Warm flesh molded from beauty divine
Solaces pain that inhabits me
I live for you to live free
Gracious, graceful thy sweetly give
All thine love to live in me
By thine beauty with beauty does my love live
So if thou love me like thou say
Thou know that it's thee
That thy beauty and love doth play
In you and in me
Reflecting always in each other's mind
Thine beauty and love, we doth always find…

My Poems

When I sing poems, I sing for me and for me alone. As I read my poems, I see that I have much to perfect in this art. I force rhyme schemes, my rythm goes into off beat tangents, I have more song than substance, incomplete incongruous thoughts, terrible syntax, obscure, almost too obscure meanings but beauty I have and love, and an honest heart. I realize my poems are me, all my inconsistencies, flaws, beauty and love. That's why I sing poems, sing for me and me alone…

Sorrow Plays Through Me

An instrument of sorrow
Sorrow doth strum
The strings of my soul
And beat mine heart her drum
Sorrow weeps through me
And in me she seek
Love, enchantment and expression
So mine eyes leek
Thine tears, thou tears, mine tears
To water the joyous earth
With the sorrow of truth
And to new sorrow give birth
Sorrow, sweet, melancholic
Which adorn mine face with rain falls
Of power, of strength, filled with beauty
Surpassing human walls.
Pouring out of me,
For mine eyes to see

I gave my soul to you

I gave my soul to you
And a man from a boy thou made
A cold heart into a warm heart
And thou gave it back, and with it thou stayed
Real artists create real life
Thou painted my soul's flesh with such a delicate stroke
And sowed the beauty thy hand doth pick
And love in us both thou awoke
A million miles away, thou art still in me
Thy echoes I hear, thy silhouette I see
In every wind blow in front of every sunset
Loving thee I'll never regret
My sweet love, my lady coquette
