To Cherish Spring Forever

'It's winter, it's winter! '-you once exclaimed with glee,
I merely stared at your bright eyes of sunshine rays,
Your laugh chilled me like running water from once frozen rivers,
With lips like morning spring dew and fresh newly-sprung grass,
I cannot fathom why a creature like you would rather love winter than spring,
When you bear that infectious smile that can burn hard ice to steam that turns to moist,
I had lost count of the butterflies in my stomach that kept on fluttering,
But the least I can say is that if spring can turn to human,
She would undoubtedly look and act so much like you...
