Crazy

you say i'm crazy,
like i care,
say what you may,
i don't care,
does it drive you crazy?
knowing i don't care?
not my problem!
i'm just me,
so let me be,
nothing can be done,
i know i'm crazy,
what your excuse?
do you have one?
is it better than mine?
don't think so,
stop driving yourself crazy,
you can't be like me,
and you never will be!

What are friends for

it's funny,
i keep seeing you as just a friend,
we known each other for quite some time,
you suprise me the more we talk,
you don't tell me what i want to hear,
you tell me what i need to hear,
at times it might be hard to hear,
but i enjoy honesty,
it helps me see,
all of the things i don't see,
and gives me a better understanding,
of what i can change,
to be a better person.

Why?

it been almost a year.
the same question still remain.
why did you go?
why leaving me here with pain?
left feeling so confuse.
just wanting to scream
but, will anybody hear?
would anybody seem to care?
my world is broken.
don't know where to start.
when you left,
you took pieces of me,
will i ever get them back?
maybe not.
just tell me it'll be okay.
because i'm tired of asking why.

Fear

never thought the day would come,
i thought i had you till the end of time,
who know my nightmare will be true.
when i would not have you.
is this real?
how do you deal?
without you here.
telling me everything i need to hear.
tell this isn't real.
wake me up from this bad dream.
i want you to come back.
i don't want to forget you.
just tell me,
this is not true.

Don't Know How Much Of This I Can Handle

i can't hold on to you,
if you don't want me,
i can't handle,
being in pain,
for never being,
your 'one',
i guess it ends here,
our love for each other,
that we can't tell the other,
i'm over you,
but the pain lingers on,
of what we wanted,
ever since we were kids,
seem to only follow,
because we always thought,
we would be together,
but that dream now,
only seems to be fading.

Problems

what is it turning into?
what can you do?
losing yourself along the way,
trying to get away,
from problem in life,
that you can't hide from,
only because this is my life,
it is now my fight,
to change what i hate,
and know there is faith,
in this life i was given,
i believe,
way up high there is a heaven,
just in time there will be you and me,
side by side,
just like we use to be,
when there was you and me.

No One Like You

you always know what to say,
just to make my day,
when i'm feeling down,
you turn it around,
you tell me things i need to hear,
i only wish you could be near,
to help me through,
everything i need to face,
because without you,
i'm not sure i'll make it far,
over time i became stronger,
but, just as quickly i lose faith,
because there're thoughts in my head,
that make me wonder if i'll make it another day.

My Motto

i thought i had everything figured out,
until this day,
i have still more to learn,
on how to make it through,
when it don't seem like i have a plan,
i always find a way,
i guess you can say,
think 'yes you can'
or 'si se puede'
and you can make it far,
i never thought that would be my motto,
untill you have days that make you want to fall,
when your mind go negative,
it so hard to still believe it,
wouldn't you say?
