In This Short Span..
I couldn't gather much from
This wonderful world!
As I came near to it,
It stepped back and furled.
So tiny I'm under the vastness
Of Nature and God's every craft!
I thought and knelt down,
To utter my prayer rapt.
I wanted to be one with
His colossal immense power.
I begged for his pure touch,
And blessings to shower.
'Mercy is the first virtue,
Which purifies a human mind.
You must be then near to me,
Shed your ego and be kind.
In this short span of life,
Nothing sticks to its place.
Time squeezes secs from us,
And we lag behind in race.

Forgive Me My Lord...
If someday, I can not keep,
My temperament cool,
If someday, I happen to
Curse, a self-declared fool,
If I point my finger to them,
Forgive me my eternal Lord,
As a shepherd, you instruct, I
Can not drive them, homeward!
I know from my childhood-
Five fingers are not even,
A few are destroying purity,
The rest is near to heaven.
If I beg light for them,
They will attack my soul.
Darkness they prefer,
hell is their goal....

Busy With Money-game
Stillness is gathering around,
The music is not heard.
I can not see the morning light
At my house's back yard.
The green trees are grey now,
I don't look at the sky.
The shadow of my afternoon,
Have become high and high!
The dear faces of neighbors,
Are not seen anymore.
I want to ask about them all,
But fail to reach their door!
I don't listen to cuckoo's song,
It's mixed with traffic horns.
I can't understand all these faults,
My childhood often mourns!
I loved my cats and cute kittens,
And wished to live with them.
Now-a-days I can not care as,
Busy with money game!

At Night
At night when all the
Clamors take rest, under
The quietness of the sky;
I throw my unspoken prayer
To the starred heaven,
Where the milky ways
Signal to heal my all
Pains with the potion;
Calls to tread with
The lone night, the
Sodden Moon, and the
Ever chasing lost dream..
The darkness tiptoed,
Follows me thru the
Sleeping grass, bushes,
Hedges, to be alone
With the springing
Calmness of night...
To this growing morose
Solitary hour, by gone

On Thirtydays Of Separated Love
Thirty
Days ago on Shakespeare's birthday
We had our last talk..
Thus,
Days passed the shrouded love
Is ticking with the secs of clock.
My,
Repentance for denying the last call
From you to stay back.......
Now,
Crawling in my teary sight
Chooses to retreat to old track.
Still,
I celebrate lone cocktail
Without a peg of drink...
Addiction,
Chases me back to the talkative tick,
Prancing on my sorrowful brink;
Flash,
Bursts into thousand beams but,

Window
If you have a window,
In your little dark room,
Four walls can't bind you,
The ray of the sun,
Will jostle, willingly,
To enter into your tiny world.
The sky will peep into,
To get you away from the shadow.
A singing bird will sing,
Beside it, to tinge your,
Mind with the melody.....
Air will pass thru it,
Bearing the fragrance of
The first blooming rose.
The window will show you,
The road to the unknown...
The horizon where, the
Earth and the sky embrace,
Each other, calling you,
To be out, out there,

Angelika, Listen
Listen, Angelika, listen,
Do not lose your ray of hope.
Doctors are not always right,
diagnosis may be wrong!
You know, machines too
don't ever work properly.
Look, hey My angel, lift
lift your head-
Oh! Angela! You are weeping!
We are tight-roping, between
life and death, half in life
and half in death is our
step! Biopsy Report tells
your breasts are caught
by cancer, the fatal disease!
Your fiance may leave you,
you are afraid!
Which one is more important
to you, to fight back to
life or love which you

Dipawali, The Fest Of Light.
Kindle light in every dark-corner,
ignite the eternal fire which Prometheus
stole from heaven for all of us.
Burn the evil by that perpetual fire.
Since time immemorial there are,
fire, water earth, the sky and air.
Nothing could destroy those power,
in midst of all calamities, and war.
Dipawali, or the fest of light,
was to welcome Sri Ram, the savior,
in Ayodhya, after His long fight,
with Ravana, as He became the winner.
Our mythological story says, so,
Light is to dispel, to welcome truth,
as the stories tell, we that know.
We just follow the religious root.
The bereaved hearts, the shadowed minds,
will be flashed with the lamps,
keeping dark sides behind.
Light will here to night tramp.

Envy's Green Eyes
Thus, they crucified Him,
Because people loved Him;
Envy's green eyes couldn't
Endure His fame, popularity.
But, after His journey to
The celestial abode,
His sermons saved a thousand
Sinners from sure fall;
He loved people and told
To love and forgive the
Wrong-doers; Even He forgave
The disciples who betrayed
For a piece of silver!
He thought they were
Ignorant of their sin.
Being under the shadow
Of utter ignorance,
They couldn't define,
What was right or wrong;
The green eyes of jealousy

There Was Stillness
There was stillness in your gaze.
You wanted to tell something...
About the hill, the pine trees
Or the waterfalls prancing towards
The endless depth of deep ditch...
I was wrong, might be..
You were not thinking anything;
Your void look threw no semantics
Of your untold mind.
The wind along the leaves
Of the grove murmured!
Was that the sound of
Your wailing heart?
My ladylove, the sad music
I heard, I know why was
No wave on your eyelashes!
You were weeping then
I also saw your first love
Among the tourists of
Shillong Peak! I let you
