I remember our days

I remember our days on the haybails
singing to the tunes on the ipod
I remember the parties we went to
we could drink until we dropped
I remember us going through school
lazing about knowing our exams would flop
I remember the summer of 2009
we laughed and smile so much we thought we'd never stop
I remember leaving it all behind
and onto the next train in life we hopped
I remember saying we'll stay friends
and look where we are, that never stopped
I remember falling out during the winter of 09
it was all my fault and i felt like a stupid sop
I remember us all falling in love with someone we'd met
having found someone that made us feel ontop
I remember us all losing that special someone
feeling low, needing to drink and never stop
I remember the days we'd go without speaking
feeling awkward and put on the spot

Kat II

Kat,
you know it feels wierd
seeing you for only a few minutes now
talking for only a second
i remember when we used to have hours together
talking about nothing and everything
i remember sitting on the bus listining to your ipod
singing along to our favourite songs
i can remember thinking,
God i hope this never ends
i remember playing guitar on the bus home from little school
we would play random songs just to look cool
I remember starting secondry school and thinking i'd never see you again
i guess that was kinda stupid
I can remember us being reuinited with ben
praying our joking and dancing could last forever
i guess it nearly did
i remember us falling out sometimes over nothing, and everything
sometimes laughing about it afterwards
i remember trying to set you up with ben

Must Be A Dream

Who'dve thought, sitting beside you in the cold,
the lonely sky turning black while we drink hot chocolate,
tapping our feet to the music that bellows from the car in front,
occasionally getting up to dance and sing to our songs,
listining to the others playing football or chatting loudly nearby,
snuggling into the warmth of your shoulder and slowly unwinding,
listening to your sweet voice and watching your wonderfull face,
seeing the others randomly walking, riding bikes and dancing,
being dazzled by your words and your calm nature,
getting up to walk around and to stretch,
getting lost in the dark and cool whipping of the air,
playing games and talking softly,
messing around with the others and chilling out by the ramps,
munching on biscuits and warming ourselves with more hot chocolate,
must've been through so many cups by now,
still not warm, snuggle more closely on the bench till we're almost hugging,
feeling you wrap your arm around me, protective and friendly,
talking about lost memories, and past experiences,
it's so good feeling you close, seeing you here, hearing you talk.
Who'dve thought that I would see you again, feel your touch and hear your voice ring like

Falling back *song

* i got bored and decided to write a song and then i thought a song is basically a poem. so i chucked it up here for you all to read. sorry if its crap :) *

Its a few months later now
im still thinking how
could anything be so unreal
im fighting stronger still
trying to cross that hill
but i know i still cant do it

cause running back could be so difficult
but running forward is where i seem to hault
and i know that i just wanna get on with life
but how can i do that that with you left behind
it seems that the harder i am and the more i try
i cant do any better cause im not right
anymore

secret feelings keep on tumbling down
im lying it all away with this upside frown
and im trying to throw it out
