I. Mother Of Light
You started as a droplet inside a shell,
Warm, languid, liquid.
Now that safe harbour,
Has turned you into a sea.
To create you, every wonderful thing I've thought,
Every ray of light I've ever seen,
Was harnessed in that single drop.
To nourish...to divide,
Cell by cell
Pouring forward from me,
Toward my ultimate worth.
I didn't know it,
But until that point,
My world had been flat.
You helped me peek over the edge,
We looked into an unfolding universe,
Then you jumped with me!
A galaxy of light and giggles
Radiated through me,
To get to you.

Leave it Behind
I will not let define me, what happens behind me,
I am tied up with important stuff.
If my tushie is fair, only takes up one chair,
If it fits in clothes, that is enough!
'Does my bum look too big? ' is another girls gig,
I never look back for diversions.
If I choose to not to see it, I don't have to believe it,
I can dream up a thousand new versions
The one in my mind, is quite well defined,
It's tanned ‘til the line where it's not.
It's smooth and well toned, shaped like 2 domes,
Like a ripe peach or apricot
I don't mind the ruse, I simply refuse,
To miss out food that's delicious.
If it's up to my answer, I have the form of a dancer,
Look behind me, I'm boootylicious.

Like a Boss
Sometimes......
She wants to sweep her fingertips over the base of his throat as he throws his head back to laugh.
She wants to smell the salty ocean air through the pine trees and hear her own soft whimper as he bends to kiss her.
She wants to feel him whisper sweet, crazy words close to her ear and delight in the hidden shivers he brings to the depths of her.
She wants to let the heat from his hand burn her thigh.
She wants to pull his sweet breath inside her chest and hold it until she knows it has travelled to the centre of her.
She wants permission to stand close...very close...
Can he tell that his name starts deep inside her and rings and rings and rings? .......
Slowly, she opens her eyes and, ever ladylike, crosses her legs, hands folded over her knees, as the world comes back to focus
She wonders if this too shall pass
So she can get back to work!

You'll Do
I realized long ago,
There are no huge plans for me
There will be no fanfare as I pass through
My meat pie destiny.
There are no Nobel Prizes,
To proclaim my importance by,
No Academy Awards,
No private jet from which I fly.
The world did not get curious
Or ponder what I would become
Turns out I'm just a plain Jane girl
With a slightly enlarged bum.
And there you are my husband,
With equally echoed dreams,
Reverberating behind you,
With all you could have been.
There are no sun filled yacht trips,
Through the Caribbean sea,
No cocktails in the parlour,
For the likes of you and me.

A Sexy Samba
Sweat trickles down her bare back.
It tickles as it wetly trails
To the base of her spine.
Her hips sway,
Her shoulders dip and roll
In rythmic undulations
In time with the vibrations
That have suddenly become,
Her only awareness.
A delighted smile spreads
Across her crimson lips
She opens her eyes to look at you.
You are looking at her,
You know what's on her mind.
She turns around,
Lifting her arms over her head.
She presses her back to the front of you,
And you enjoy the cadence
Of her beautiful body.
Your hands are on her gyrating hips,

Shadow
The wind blowing through your hair,
Hits my face from the same direction.
I brush the hair out of my eyes
So I can keep looking at you.
You're so beautiful to me.
I can see your lips moving,
But I can't make out what you are singing.
Do you know your nose twitches before you giggle?
I could look at you all day!
I am stunned….
Mesmerised by you.
The sun is slowly collapsing over the horizon,
The bare trees cast long shadows like tall men,
A chill passes through me,
And you pull your cardigan closed to stay warm.
It's time to go home.
We keep walking through the end of today,
Past the pools of yesterdays swim,
Past the grocery store where you bought movie snacks,
And I watched silently.

A Date Night
She looks beautiful for their movie date
Flushed, she is running a little late.
Excited to see his beautiful face,
She sees him there and they embrace.
His touch ignites her hidden passion
And she steps back with meek discretion.
She is embarrassed by public displays,
So she hurries inside without delay.
The lights inside slowly dim,
In the dark she catches a little glimpse!
A hand is sneaking on her shoulder
Across her back, moving to hold her.
What's this? !
He doesn't stop it there!
Now his hands are everywhere!
One is running up her thigh,
All she gives is a tiny sigh.
So he moves his hand a little higher.
Now her body is on fire!
The crowd around them are all laughing
