INSANITY OF MAN...by Talile Ali
YOU KNOW I COULD NEVER REALLY UNDERSTAND
THE INSANITY OF ALMOST EVERY HUMAN
HOW COULD WE EVER SUPPORT ALL THESE WARS
OR SLAVERY FOR THAT FACT
WHAT WAS IT ALL FOR?
AND KILLING COMMUNITIES FOR THEIR SACRED BELIEFS
GENOCIDE AND CONFUSION, HOW COULD ONE FEEL RELIEF
THE PAIN AND SUFFERING, THE MISUSE AS HUMANS
THE SHAMEFUL WAY WE ALLOWED THE ABUSE OF WOMEN
THERE IS SO MUCH THAT SIMPLY ESCAPES ME NOW
WE ARE SUPPOSE TO BE CIVILIZED
I HAVEN'T SEEN HOW
OUR CHILDREN AND MOTHERS ARE OUT ON THEIR EARS
NO ROOF OVER THEIR HEADS AND LIVING IN FEAR'
AND AS FOR THE HEALTHCARE, NOT EVEN A CHANCE

GENIE IN A BOTTLE...by talile ali
GENIE IN A BOTTLE
I WANNA PUT YOU IN MY MOUTH
AND ROLL YOU ROUND MY TONGUE
I WANNA SLIDE DEEP INSIDE YOU
AND REALLY HAVE SOME FUN
I WANNA EAT YOU UP RIGHT NOW
I GOT YOU RIGHT HERE IN SIGHT
I'M GONNA FEEL YOU UP RIGHT NOW
AND MAKE THEM LIPS REALLY TIGHT
WILL YOU GRIND ME IN THE FACE
WHILE I TAKE YOU IN
YOU GENIE IN A BOTTLE
I WANNA PUT YOU IN MY MOUTH
AND ROLL YOU ROUND MY TONGUE
I WANNA SLIDE DEEP INSIDE YOU
AND REALLY HAVE SOME FUN

Cosmic Estuary...by Talile Ali
here goes.
ever since i discovered
that all that we were was living an illusion,
i have wanted to know the where and why of it.
thru investigation,
i have discovered a great deal, all of which
seems to confirm the illusion and
the reasons why we need to perpetuate it.
there are a lot of things going on in our
perpetuating this illusion
of the lives that
we have ourselves to commit
we are social animals.
being so, we need to address
the two major drives we all have
to exist

Roseville
Since All Of My Remembering
Of Times So Innocent And So Clean
These Images Rush In With A Roar
Of Times And Acts That Were A Horror
My Folks Moved To Roseville When We Were So Young
To Protect Us From The Hazards Of A World Gone Wrong
Little Did They Know What A Mess They've Made
By Moving Us Out Here A Price Would Be Paid
A Childhood Spent Having Innocent Fun
Between 5 And Eight With My Friends We'd Run
Playing In The Fields Across The Street
Little Did We Know Just What We'd Meet
Older Boys Came Along Just To Play With Us
Spinning Us Around, Beneath Our Skirts With Thrusts
Diddling All Around In Between Our Legs
Little Did We Know We Were Being Pegged

Virginia's Story
Elizabeth Gates-Wooten is my Grand mom.
She was born in Canada with her father and brothers.
They owned a Barber Shoppe.
I don't remember exactly where in Canada.
I believe it was right over the border like Windsor or Toronto.
I never knew exactly where it was.
When she was old enough she got married.
First, she married a man by the name of Frank Gates.
He was from Madagascar.
He fathered my mom and her brother and sister.
The boy's name was Frank Gates, Jr.
Two girls name were Anna and Agnes.
Agnes was my mother.
Frank Gates went crazy after the war
He drank a lot and died
