Stars Birth Labours Into New Light Organic Life
space dark velvet beauty star light sparkling
stars birth labours into new light organic life
primordial soup complex organic chemicals
precursors life birth born in each all new stars
infrared space observatories wonder observe
large organic molecules evolve from chemicals
in cloud-like envelope surrounding some stars
within a mere few thousand years of new birth
watch infrared spectra readings of short-lived
carbon-rich stars engulfed in clouds of gas dust
clouds seeded rich advanced organic molecules
repeatedly detected in outer space young stars
sing times of merriment paradise periods as new
life prospers proliferates complex molecules exist
stars creating new life in conception birth labours
stars birth life easily without difficulty chemicals
eventually ejected into interstellar space journey
out toward cry life planets earth life possibilities

Achilles And The Slaying Of Hector
Achilles took the slain body of proud Prince Hector
slit holes through warrior corpse ankles and proceeded
to drag Hector’s defeated slain body behind his chariot
an ignoble act of revenge bitterness hate anger contempt
Achilles killed proud Hector with a single spear thrust
Achilles refused to eat mourns on Olympian ambrosia
Achilles killed Hector with a spear thrust into the neck
proud noble neck the only vulnerable on Hector’s body
Hector who wore the god made prize armour of Achilles
armour stripped from slain Patroclus beloved of Achilles
in grief how anger festered into revenge rage in Achilles
Hector victim of vengeance dies a slow agonizing death
Hector accepted his fate begged Achilles treat his body
with respect once slain but hubris was wrath of Achilles
shamelessly Achilles desecrates the Trojan heroes body
for nine days dragging slain corpse around the battlefield

Napalm A Moral Burning Agony: Napalm Use In War
fly by death from sky predators
from biplanes to bombers jets;
rockets atomic to smart bombs drones
soon to be controlled by hand phones;
a new fashion emerged during Vietnam war conflicts
fly by death from sky indiscriminately slinging bullets;
at innocent farmhands soon to be bad rebel insurgents
understandably collateral damage boasted recruitments;
hearts and minds lost pissed-off rebel native survivors
shot at from canopy safety of bullet-resistant cockpits;
rocket-throwing demon whirlybirds that blew up homes
while zooming in upon tick prey flesh and blood targets;
napalm lit up the landscape carpet bombing killed cockroaches
with undesirable communist ideology fast cured tendencies;
pleased with research backroom boys at Dow; US army sources
original napalm wasn't so hot it was scraped off by quick gooks;

Uninformed Masses Believed Earth Was Flat
once uninformed masses
believed the earth was flat
during medieval dark ages
yet esteemed ancient Greeks
knew earth was really a sphere
calculated degree of horizons
now sol is a singular star believe masses
yet over 80% of all solar systems
according to NASA have multiple suns
bright stellar fires of smaller suns
some not much bigger than Jupiter
most common suns brown dwarfs
12 to 80 times Jupiter’s size brown dwarfs
found floating freely in interstellar space
also proliferate as binary star companions

Miracles Of Transformation
place lived in could be
a harsh barren dessert
where sudden sand storm
can strip our life to bone
God hides great serene
beauty in strange places
to teach hope in inspired
miracles of transformation
there is incredible serene beauty written...
into mysterious timeless dessert places...
once a gardener asked God for two gifts:
a beautiful plant with colourful flowers,
and a butterfly to flutter about the flowers,
to add beauty to his small potted garden:
the gardener excited waited for his flowering plant...
the beautiful butterfly he believed God would give...
