An Expert In Education Claimed?
An expert in education claimed
children three or four do not lie
“it is impossible for them to lie”
what say you on this parents? ? ?
His wife a teacher claimed? ? ?
originally... children do not lie
husband claimed little children
can only repeat taught phrases?
But this is not what I believe?
I did training in teaching also
a New Zealand postgraduate
course Diploma Of Teaching.
In professional studies “fable
children do not lie” we were not
taught; extensively before first
teaching section we studied child

Drink Me Eat Me
the known world keeps
expanding contracting
with wondrous profusion
though potions drunk
wizard cakes eaten
are no longer necessary
when venturing through
kaleidoscopic looking glass
nor are rabbit holes needed
spy glass, magnifying glass, telescope,
microscope, radio telescope,
electron microscope, Hubble telescope,
amazing slices of perceived creation revealed,
expanding perceptions cosmic and microscopic
in a garden of rabbit hole worm hole replaced

Judged By The Company We Keep
There are multiple proverbs
wise sayings implying
we are judged by the company
we keep; which implies
our friendships those we associate
with; are considered
character indicators which reflect
negatively or positively
upon credibility of our character.
A case in point an example
‘Birds of a feather flock together.’
Meaning people who are similar
with similar aims goals interests
backgrounds tend to congregate
together in friendship or common
necessity; sharing the same feather;
shared common characteristics is
common denominator glue binding

Visions From A Dream State
The day is done, the hour is late,
as I lie down at last to rest.
Tranquility is all I seek this night,
an interval of silence exertion free;
sleep I crave, disturbance stilled,
peace of mind sanity decrees.
The world is quiet, the people rest,
I lie alone, motionless, and hear
the distant murmur of a soundless night.
Sleep’s gentle shroud encircles me
her magic bliss of drowsiness
descends as if a sweet caress.
The cool security of clean sheets
a delightful pleasure that comforts me
yet sleep itself eludes me still, fleetingly
like a butterfly, gliding on a gentle breeze.
Sleep, I seek it still, for within her care

Lemmings Into The Sea
How to watch an atomic blast?
From 200 miles away, hands over closed eyes.
Even then, light is so intense
you see all the bones in your hand.
Within miles of epicenter, everything vaporizes.
You are ash in atomized flash.
Lucky you, slowly drifting to radiated earth
radioactive fallout - atomized out of it now.
Winds over 500 miles an hour
hurl buildings bodies through air.
Those in shelters are pressure-cooked
by giant incinerating fire storms.
Bacteria, from millions of unburied dead,
produce all manner of admirable epidemics.
Your immune system - ruined by radiation
you are at merciless mercy of horrific plagues.
The luckless living envy the ashen dead.

Peace In The Midst Of The “Shakings” Of Life
God said, “Once again I will shake
not only the earth but the heavens also.” Hebrews 12: 26.
“This means that all of creation will be shaken
and removed, so that only unshakable things will remain.
Since we are receiving a Kingdom
that is unshakable, let us be thankful
and please God by worshiping him with holy
fear and awe”. (Beware prepare for meteor showers.) Hebrews 12: 27-28.
God uses shaking of tough circumstances
to reveal what is true eternal... His kingdom His glory.
Christians are to inherit part of God’s kingdom
an eternal city waits for you... your future is secure.
But where is our hope now you said?
What will we hold onto? Something stable!
“And I am convinced that nothing
can ever separate us from God's love.
