To Dream
'Neath these hallowed halls of dreams
Came a stirring blush of aware
Deeply felt-too soon to melt
The warmth of 'truly care';
Truly care grew into love
Where dreams make their way
In tender arms of loves embrace
My dream came true this day;
Slumber, oh sweet slumber, sublime
I thank you from my core
For showing me, loves divinity
With the promise of forevermore;

The Chanteuse
The chanteuse chased melodies-
Her voice rubbed elbows -
With a guitar with broken frets-
In-sync with the Clubs Bass-
She sang-
She sang to the guitar-
Raising her voice to higher notes-
Of Life:
Lived-
Long-
Loudly she resonated-
Lyrically harmonic-
Listening for an off key-
Lending an ear to-
Lungs in full breath-A
Libretto in the making...

Give And Take
All that i e'er wanted
Was to feel the gentle
Of your rain
To touch the velvet
Of Rose Petals
To sing Loves, sweet refrain
All that i e'er needed
Was to breathe, your name
To hear the melody
Of Your Voice
In life's, unending game

~The End Of Love~
When did you know?
Did your temperature drop?
Heart beat slow down?
Eyes burn at looking at me?
Was it a single moment?
A special place in time
When you felt the spark
Go out?
When you knew
The death of our love
Was imminent
Did you
Even try to fan the flames?
Blow on the dying embers?
Throw caution to the wind?
What happened to our June
Turned instant September?

Roswell
...A vision of Splendour...
Cast light beams through ebony sky
...Radiant Wonder of Wonders...
Of the days of by and by
...Not moon beams nor a star...
Nor Super Nova's aflash
Nor Comet, Nor Rocket
...To the Earth they did crash...
Light beams so different
...There really is no explanation...
Accept that perhaps, they are:
...Sparkling Delights from
Another Galaxy Nation!

Betrayal
Cry me a river of tears
And engage my most broken of souls
Apologize for such blistering betrayal
And then just turn and go
Walk away and do not look back
For fear my heart will turn to stone
Yesterday is gone forever my foe
And i am truly alone
The truth it came
Rather annonimously
Driven through a concrete wall
But bored itself with Steel Wings
To at last reveal it all

Mother
Mother folds her hands
As twilight grows near
A stance almost prayer like
Before the dusk
And the ink black of night sets in
Holding ever close to her heart
To her soul
All the loves of her life
Come and gone
Silence breaks the still
As mothers hands open
To a long awaited acceptance
A requiem for yesterday
And a Novena for tomorrow

Moon Shadows
The lily white brillance
Of the silken full moon
Engages the shadows
In the alleys of hardened goons;
Stoic but fused with crimson infection
They-the guilty hands of crime
Are disfigured from the sinners stain
Their insolence breaks open their grime;
Lurking ever deviously...
In the first flush of night
The truth-it buzzes continuosly
Compliments of the moons lily white! ;

Dinner Party
Creme-de-la-Creme
Soup de Jour
A trayful of nibbles-to bite
Party favors and
Mixed drinks
A Dinner-Party-Delight
Martini's and Vodka
Rocks
Gin and tonic or Baileys and Cream
Crab cakes and Marinated
Mushrooms
A Dinner-Party Most Sypreme
Ah-and The Main Course
Now that's a secret hidden to all
But seven courses-hold
It Together
For The King And Queen Of The
Ball

Musings
Last night
The Sunset
Wrapped herself
In skirts of 24Karat Gold
As the crowded
Busy streets
Wore their Neon
And concrete
And carried on the
Progress
Its way
Driving back home
Today
Sitting tight behind
The wheel
Between the leather
Glass and steel
And between several
Lanes of cars
My muse somehow
