Intentions~

Chimera knows about the dark side of the moon
Chimera knows many incantations
Chimera knows evil like the back of her hand
Chimera knows sadistic and savagery raise her
Chimera knows toxic pleases her
Chimera knows destruction is her favorite compulsion
Chimera knows that all the good desserts she prepares
Are best served up cold
Chimera's cheesecake is KILLER
Yes, Chimera knows

Heated Exchanges

The day blew in wide open

With me soaking up the irony

Of an incongruous Spring Sun;

Caught in the flap of mighty gales

Of Disdain...

I cower in diversions worried wrinke;

Springs enlightened opening still surveys...

Far ahead of a Summer of more discontent?

Where, perhaps, scorching days

R. E. M.

Your Mother is just sleeping

She is beauty in repose

Sweet dreams they follow her

Or so the story goes

She is faithful in dreamtime

Her fragments of dreamscapes cling

Whispers of soft lullabyes

In sweet visions she sings

Wisdom

I implore you to listen to reason-
Your day will surely come
Dancing in the clouds of sunny season
Smiling wide when day is done;

I implore you to take some time--
Before you step way too high-
Embrace the sea level wisely
Heed the call from the sky;

I implore you to journey with caution--
For enemies hide behind smiling eyes--
Explore your every option
Before your final good-bye;

Post Script

This starless night breaks open -once again-
Through a cumbersome chilled breeze...
My windowsill 'tis laced with ice chips
And glazed-frozen branches are left upon the trees;
Our embers once aglow...so warm...
In yesterdays fire-are now- long gone-
'Twas like the Summer in mid Winter-wasn't it?
Alas, 'twas deaf and blind to all of your wrong;

Still Life In Oils-De Jour

You painted a most exquisite picture
...Brush stroked her canvas delicately
With feathered brush-a touch
...Tinting with royal hues-
And crimson red coloured views...
'Tis a still life of a woman in degrees...
...A breath-taking piece of divinity...
A true masterpiece of elegance...
...Your virgin work of art...
Captured by your most artistic keen eye
...Creme De la Creme Ala Carte...

Needs~

She looks at him with guiless eyes
Totally absorbed by his robust build
Her mind conjuring up a virtual mix
Of heated scenario's
Bathed in effluent heat
She simmers-transfixed;
His moistened lips beckon her
Reduced to her knees by desire
Pleasing him becomes the only
Equation that makes any sense
The longing reaches
Heightened cresendo's
This night will be theirs
Yes, this night is their forever

Void

I closed the doors to the Seasons
Leaving time void of any change
Leaving the Earth in solid limbo
Putting tomorrow out of range
Bringing a silent closing-if you will
A stillness to a barren view
I closed the door to all Seasons
Leaving nothing old-nothing new
Just an empty cavern-like abyss
A swirling of nothingness remains
Blank views are my past and present visions
Nothing will ever be the same!

Word Bare Salad

When it rains-it pours-yes it does

And when it snows it becomes bitter cold

Leaving me here buried in an avalanche of stoic-apathetic words

And the abyss of your choices-so bold.

Learning another lesson comes very hard for me

Not wanting to see the reality-unmasked- that is true

But the truth-it is screaming at me-you see

Now i am buried by the bitter cold avalanche that is you.

~LifeTime Togetherness~

Lingering by a babbling brook
I threw in a coin or two
Made my most endearing wish
All for the love of you

For in my life I've been touched by a few
Who've made brighter my every day
And so because i am still alive
Today i would like to say:

It doesn't have to be spectacular
Or something incredibly sublime
More just a little token of my gratitude
For being beside me throughout time
