In a Song
The rain is coming down in a never ending river,
Silver, Flowing, Streaming down down down,
in a song,
ever long.
Silver, Flowing, Streaming down down down,
down the windowpanes,
ever long,
all night long.
Down the windowpanes,
the crystal drops play along,
ever long,
the rain’s song.
The crystal drops play along,
on the grass and trees,
the rain’s song,
dance along.

What I Saw Today
Saw a million people yesterday
but my pen stood still
no melody came to mind
no feelings punctured my heart.
One person I see today
and my pen cannot stop
a sonnet flows through my veins
redemption is my state of mind.
Time comes and goes
its memory passes away
never to be pondered
years from its conception.
This time has passed
yet this memory lingers
like a bad taste
on a sensitive tongue.

The cat sat on the mat
The cat sat on the mat
The cat shat on the mat
“I’d like to see that cat right flat”
The angry teacher said
Blowing off his hat
Pupils heard him and as they do
They took him at his word.
Literalism becomes the young
Eager to please and slow to perceive
So one of them he took the cat
And fastened it in its cage,
Weighed it down with bricks and stuff
It’s dead now in a lake.

Sometimes There Is A Moment
Sometimes there's a moment,
That we don't want to change.
Sometimes there's a moment,
Where we are truly happy.
Sometimes there's a moment,
That you want to last forever.
Sometimes there's a moment,
That you look back on and smile.
Sometimes there's a moment,
When you see someone in a brilliant way.
But there's always a moment,
Where that person's changes.
There's always a moment,
Where that image fades.

Sometimes..
Sometimes i still miss,
The way life used to be, so much bliss
Sometimes I want to cry even though I'm with him
I awake in the night longing for your touch, a whim
Sometimes this loss is like death
I mourn and yearn for you, pain so hard, one cannot catch one's breath
Sometimes I have to smile,
hides everything, I feel dirty and vile
Sometimes is just a cover
'Cause this feeling never leaves, it hovers

Farting cartoons
If you dont watch...t.v.then change the channel.
Ask your kids they know every farting sound
these cartoons, seem to make.
South park poo's my gold I never take...lol....
wafty clouds the ordered ode rs colored vibrant masks
of chocolate truth and dare
seems to be the daily average care the joys akin..
Sitting couches comfy is no sin to bottoms up to spray the air.
Could it be there wholesome cheesy diets........

Cat 'n' dog
When I saw my dog chase after a cat
It was like a greyhound let out of the trap
Yet it hadn’t a chance as the cat climbed the tree
Flicking vee’s at the dog all smug you see
The dog would have barked and circled for hours
Unaware that the cat had escaped via hedges and flowers
When I finished laughing I put my dog on its lead
And continued to walk it while the cat remained free!

I wouldn't be sorry anymore
I'm sorry for living
I'm sorry for breathing
I'm sorry for cutting
I'm sorry for bleeding
I'm sorry for what I have done
I'm sorry for what I am going to do
I'm sorry for believing and trusting in you
I'm sorry for crying
I'm sorry for being
I'm sorry for loving
I'm sorry for fleeing
I'm sorry I'm not what you wanted,
and that I was born.
I wish you could see the real me.
Then maybe... I wouldn't be sorry anymore.

Dead Cat
Dead Cat
by Alex Lewis
I found a dead cat
feasted upon by rats.
The cat opened his eyes-
It was such a surprise
that I pondered if the death was valid
and I pondered if the cat was rabid.
'Leave me in peace.' Spoke the beast,
'Of your problems I'm the least.'
'WAIT! WAIT! LISTEN TO ME! '
Was it time to be or time to flee?
We parted our directions.
I held no objections.
The cat was right.
The Devil took me that night.
