A Tiger

The tiger slammed
it's heavy head
on the mangled branch
echoing of something stronger,
eyes rolling
yowls turning the air to
dusk.

Your rage is cold
and strong
and just
Thick claws,
dark with blood and dirt slam
the earth once again
Your pride is strong,
as your beating furied heart.

There is blood
dripping, dripping
off snow white paws,
ice perfection,
caeser beauty.

You howl, dark, blood stained muzzle
piercing the air
the cold, cold broken air
that shatters soul and
thought and prose.

Your hackles raised your amber sockets
your fire-light eyes
dancing, grinning, lolling jaws

You rip through the trees,
A black blur stronger then
Anything
The world's ever witnessed,
Thick paws heavy with dread
And with knowledge
And with things kept from
You.

You howl,
