A Reason to Smile Today

I saw a reason to smile today
when I saw a butterfly flutter its wings around my way.

I saw a reason to smile today,
when I heard the children laughing and playing
under the warm sun of May.

I saw a reason to smile today,
when I looked up and saw no clouds of gray.

But most of all,
I saw a reason to smile today,
when I saw you pass by, which completed my day.

That Is You

High tide...that is the effect of a round moon up in the air
Such a befitting term that never fails to amaze people

Like the heart, when close to its round moon, its beat fastens
and causes catostrophic things.

Afterwards, the round moon becomes far again
And loses its half or perhas becomes a crescent moon.

All is lost with the going of the moonlight
And its powerful gravitation on the sea that is you.

Please don't say goodbye
My stranded butterfly
Tell me where you've been
I know you have a story to tell

In and out of it
Have you felt it?
I give away too much
maybe that's why
they don't stay for long

Please don't say goodbye

my skin can taste so good
if only you would try
but no
you're off to somewhere else
