Summer

Summer is over,
washed away by the rain.
Summer is over,
covered by leaves of fall.
Summer is over,
frozen like the ponds.
Summer is over,
now the sun must die.
Summer is over,
grey clouds fill the sky.
Summer is over-
We must say: Good bye...

Suicide

Young friend of mine
Your thoughts are dark
You drank some wine
Somewhere in the distant park

You took a knife
Slit your wrists
It was night
You clenched you fists

Fearless fellow
My darling friend
Lowered to the ground
But did you repent?

You lie still
Under starry skies
Beneath a green hill
Your body resides.

12 Lines Of Sorrow

The night air is cold
The world is dark
Once again you feel old
Listen! Can you hear it? Sweet song of a lark.
It makes you younger, it makes you mine
Yet I am silent,
Makes you joyfully smile.
Then it is gone, I sing my lament
A lullaby of the breeze
-Gone perfume of flowers sweet
A stray dog, covered in flees.
It's life ended; no more does it leap...

Fragile

Did you think I was fragile?
Do you see me as weak?
Have you wondered,
How on earth I'm this bleak?
When have you pondered,
Who's is that sorrow?
Can you possess her,
Couldn't you follow?

Did you think of me as fragile?
Do I seem tongue tied?
Have you ever noticed,
That pain in my eyes?
When have you seen,
That shadowy dark?
Can you realise,
Can't reopen my heart.

Dream

I had a dream
I was standing on a mountain,
The world at my feet.
I was the Lord, almighty.

I had a dream
I was loved and hated
People´s idol, children´s mother.

I had a dream
I did something wrong,
The people rebelled,
The children cried.

I had a dream
And within my dream, I died again.
My body was burned,
Scattered in the wind.

My soul ligers on

Vague

Once again,
My heart is blamed
My thoughts were vague.
I do not know
What I've done
To deserve
This hatred of yours.
My song no longer,
Fills your ears.
My soul has left
It's dwelling.
Of late tears,
Have washed my face,
Like rain
The heavens cry.
My eyes
Have frozen
To slates of ice,
Hiding the tatters
Of my dreams.

Angel

Life flashed past in a blur of motion.
I drew my last breath
Before having the chance to live.

I open my new eyes, to see them crying.
They can´t see me, hear me,
Feel me.

I spread my wings and whisper:
I´m sorry.
Good bye, please don´t worry.

Death is peaceful,
Sad a little.
Time has frozen, progress ceased.

My heart ain´t beating,
My thoughts are slow,
My eyes are fixed on the light I follow.

Memorial

Hours, just hours
You were given to me,
I learned to love you
Hoping you would survive
Your feet were weak
You toppled over
Making me laugh
Yet in my heart worry resides
Your fur coat, brown and matted
Grime and flees covering your face
Yet you were darling
Now you lie still
Under brown soil
No longer will you wag your tail
No more will we play
Someone else´s hands hold you
His embrace is warmer
In his hands you will finally rest
Free of pain, hunger
In God´s hands I leave your life...

Skin of a serpent

How can you say that you love me?
When even I can´t love myself.
And how can I find peace in your words,
When all you see is my mask
The heart that beats underneath,
Will never be free.
You can like my act, I admit it´s good
But I can´t tell you to like me.
You may think you have caught me,
And all you are holding is the skin of a serpent.
This scaly body is just another way,
To hide the real me.
Please, I beg you...
Remove this mask of mine
Let my heart free
Dry the tears I have cried long ago,
And maybe, just maybe, I´d let you say:
I love you, and it would be ok.

The Real Me

The sparkling light above the sky
The reflection of a cloud, a silent sigh

A fleeting moment, a sparrow's flight
Dark and dreadful thoughts that fill the night

Like thunder, lightning, falling rain
Attempts to catch me are in vain

The shadow in your peaceful life,
Every time you cause a strife

I am that what God made me
But I am not really what you see.

I could fight but I´d hide
I should listen, but I´d rather glisten
I would tell you who I am
But you would turn your head and run.
