Can't you see?
You're killing me.
Slowly feeding me poison

Dissolving my body whole

she rocks with screams
trembling under rains decent
another faceless blur
in the city painted abstract

a ghostly shadow

if you could see me right now
from wherever you are hiding
you would laugh
to see me at the freezer section
at ShopRite
hair in a haphazard bun
