What's LOVE?
Love hurts
But it should never strike
Love can be lovely
But should never tell you what to do
Love should listen
Not ignore your feelings
Love should be there all the time
Not only when love wants
Love should be special
Not a trip to the hospital
Love is a commitment
Not a call once a month
Love should be happy
No tears should flow
Love should be forever
Not a broken heart

Emptiness
The blood that falls from my heart is not pain
Though it's the tears from my eyes
For red is not showing but it's the emptiness from my soul
For I would die then live but live to die
Nor how deep you go no pain I will feel
Theirs nothing you can do that I havent done to myself
Theirs just things that you wouldn't understand
And how my life goes that's one thing you will never get
People say 'picture you in my shoes'
I dont have to because I know the shoe wont fit

What do you do?
When the one you love
Doesn't love you back
Can you answer me that
What do you do?
When you see them with someone else
Now there goes your pride and joy
Yet the one you love
Doesn't know how you feel about them
How do you tell that special one?

At one time I was blind
Blinded by the person in the mirror
The person in the mirror
Was someone I didn't like
A person that was full of anger
Anger which know one could stop
A person who was dishonest
A person who lied to themselves
A person who lied, cheated and stole
This person scared me

Was me
How could this be me?

Another Scar
I close my eyes tightly
And bite down on my shirt
Knowing it's about to hurt
I breathe slower
Take a minute to relax
Then lift my sleeve up
Mark my arm
Then light an insent
Blow out the flame
Take a deep breathe
Then bring the hot ember to my arm
Start to make my mark
Halfway through I stop
Realizing my room smells like burning flesh

Another day another dollar
Just another excuse to give
Just another white lie to say
Just another fiene
Who wants the goods
Now I got more money
More money to spend

It use to be
Early mornings late nights
Partying everyday all day
My phone constantly ringing

Out and about all day
Never ever home
Enough money to buy a car

Buying bag after bag

Day in day out I think about you constantly
Day in day out I wish you where still here
Day in day out I wish I could still here your voice
Day in day out I wish I could see you one last time
Day in day out I wish you could give me more advice
Oh how I wish you would call me 'knuckle head' one more time
You raised me from a toddler
Taught me right from wrong
Showed me the paths I should take
