O Peace! !

O my peace where have you been
Down the nook running in the drain
Early mornings have no thrills
And sun sets with mighty grins
What a mockery you make of thee
Filling roses within my heart
Now only thorns to feel the glee?

O peace! Come visit my solemn soul
I have pledged allah to live this unhappy life for him
And i am simply making strides in fulfilling this
Helping friends and others with sane advice
But peace, o peace! Visit my heart’s abode
For it is here the rest goes well assured.
