A Fairy’s Touch
Starlight and moonbeams and dew drops on flowers gleam
That beckon to the Fairy’s touch
Grasshoppers, crickets, they sing their songs
In the night to the one that they love
Fire flies light up the night
Among the flowers they glide
Look and you’ll see, they come gather the dew
They come, the Fairy in flight
Oh how the flowers they beckon so much
For is love that of a Fairy’s touch
They spread their wings and so gleam in the moonbeams
As they so spread their Fairy dust
All through the night as you close your eyes
And as you lay fast asleep
They take to flight and fly in the moonlight
And sprinkle their stardust for dreams

The Misty Rain
Today I stand here all alone in the Misty Rain
Contemplating where it is I went wrong again
And as I stand here all alone I realize on my own
Tears that fall aren't hidden at all in the Misty Rain
I could not help as your memories flooded in on me
So overwhelmed and alone with this pain
As I stood alone and the rain came down on me
Tears that fall aren't hidden at all in the Misty Rain
The Misty Rain doesn't care at all of my heart
It doesn't care at all my world is torn apart
But one would think while I am standing in the rain
Somehow it would hide the tears when they came
And as I stood alone I thought of you
I just can't help myself I'm still in love with you
To stop loving you I know I never will
Although I try to fight It is so against my will

Call Of The Whippoorwill
I hear the call of the whippoorwill
The calf it bawls in the field
The mare is soon to birth a foul
I can't help it, I miss you still
I feed the geese that once loved you
And that hound from the field you found
The puppy stray you brought home and raised
I pet him while he's lying down
Honey come home...
Without you it's not any kind of home
Own my own, I'm so alone
Honey, please come home
Your hound and I we so try
Through the days we somehow get by
We think we can make it, then comes the night
The loneliness we must fight

Tarzan (A Song)
Deep in the jungle you can hear a yell
Over in the jungle an air plane fell
All the apes came gathered around
To come see this thing that fell to the ground
All inside, none survived
Until the apes heard an infant cry
Aug aug ooga no child for mama Toga
A child for you it fell from the blue
Now the apes they took it home
Mama ape Toga raised it on her own
It grew up, it didn’t take long
Now swinging from the trees it big and strong
Aug aug ooga no child for mama Toga
A child for you it fell from the blue
Some they say, call him Tarzan
Some say half ape, some say half man

Black Top Angel
Stay out of the road, get out of this one's way
He's got a full load and he just won't be late
He is driving under the Devils spell and he won't stop and he won't tell
He is the Black Top, Black Top Angel of Hell
His cargo is the souls of men that once had lived they died
Eighteen wheels rolling, coming, run hide
Truck driver get out of the way or just stand in his way
You may find you can't outrun, destiny is today
He is the Black Top Angel, one can hear the souls that wail
He holds his passions true, he knows his course so well
Sent by the Devil, the lightning streaks the night
To harvest the souls of the men who had a choice but they died
He is The Black Top Angel, The Black Top Angel of Hell
There is no time to waste, the thunder already swells
In the quiet of night the lightning strikes, he turns around
One more soul, another free ride

Monster Party
They are having a party at the neighborhood bar
Some they got together well after dark
Oh good grief did you ever see
A monster party on old hallows eve
Frankenstein says, I’ll have another round
But he breaks the chair when he sits down
Wolf man laughs says, Hey, you broke that chair!
Says Frankenstein, I’ll shave that hair!
Dracula he begins to stir
Says I’ll hold him down while you get that fur
Wolf man shakes his head and howls a bit
Don’t go making me mad I’ll go into fits!
The Mummy says Now, he needs his threads!
Oh me oh my, party of the dread
They lock the door, someone hit’s the lights
Did you ever see on hallows eve a monster fight

Ten Thousand Women
I was going out with the boys
The boat was loaded with our fishing toys
My baby steps out, slips her high heels on
She is going to town says I'm coming along
I say, Now honey, honey now please
I've been planning this trip at least for a week
She says, I don't care, now get in the car
With a few choice words she chews on my heart
I say, Now honey, you don't have to be cruel
You the light of my life, you know I love you
So I get in the car and we are on our way
She turns and smiles and says, New Mall opens today!
I thought to myself, Man, I got to get out!
If we get to that Mall there will be no fishing now!
I guess I hesitated, I waited to late
Next thing you know we were at the front gate

The Husband And Wife
What ever happened to the husband and wife
What ever happened to love
What ever happened to the dreams they thought right
That they both thought so much of
What ever happened to the holding of hands
Or the whispers of secrets to keep
Did it somehow slip away with the time
Is it somewhere still hidden beneath
What ever happened to the words I do
Replaced now with words of cruel
Does somehow it still linger on
Is love only lost and confused
What ever happened to the romance
And the love that was in each breath we took
Must somehow be forgotten now
Was this in the chances we took

The Dog And The Cat
The dog says to the cat
'Why don't you come down from that tree
I'll only chew you up and spit you out
And make you my new treat'
The cat stretches and yawns a bit
And says, ' You only think you want me down
But I'll tell you now you stupid dog
You a mutt, you ain't no hound'
'Now you've done it! 'says the dog
'I just marked your tree! '
'When you do come down we'll know the truth
About those nine lives you keep! '
'This is this and that is that! '
Said from the tree the cat
'Stupid dog thinks he's a hound
But ain't nothing but a lazy brat! '

A Christmas Song
The children know where the cold wind blows and it snows
They write letters to a man, the North pole
In hopes a glimpse, to see him in his flight
Riding his sleigh, dressed in red, trimmed in white
Merry Christmas and a HO, HO, HO, the children know he goes
They will lay awake and listen for the sound
The jingle of his sleigh, Santa is on his way
The Reindeer hoofs upon the roofs when he comes down
The twinkling lights gleaming bright on the Christmas tree
Stockings hung with care, on every chimney
They will try to stay awake, till the dreams over-take
Looks like a Merry Christmas to me
Merry Christmas and a HO, HO, HO, the children know he goes
Riding his sleigh, dressed in red, trimmed in white
They anticipate, hardly can they wait
To see the man riding the wind when he takes his flight
