A wizard
Tinkers with the universe
Holds power over normal men
Has strength in the old ways

A Flower

A flower in its prime will not wilt
For its time here is not yet spent

But on occasion
The unwary creature may trample the flower

What now of the flower
Where is the grandeur, the beauty

Was it all for naught
Or was the existence itself enough

Worth A Thousand Words

A picture is worth a thousand words
Yet a moment of clarity is worth worlds

A sign of kindness builds character
Yet a life of kindness makes a hero

A little magic can allow for wonders
Yet the magic all around us can make dreams come true

A hand to those in need can make the world better
Yet a whole world of hands will leave no one in need

Fill your life with wonder of your own choice, do not wait for it

The Fear Within Us

Fear is within us all
Fear exists in that dark patch of your mind

The one spoken of in whispers
Little understood

Where the boogeyman still lives
And monsters prowl the forest

The part of us where a face watches from every shadow
Where in every mirror the bloody queen lurks

A land where we get lost in the never-ending fog
You've been lost before, for haven't we all

What did you see
What dark shadows crossed your vision

Do you ever feel the biting wind, hear its howl
