Music (Everyday Things)

It is the sound that wakes me up in the morning
What I listen to as I get ready for school
What’s playing in my head as I walk to the bus top
What I steal from Donya, so I don’t have to ride the bus in silence
What I dance to in Ms. Clark’s class
What Keith and I sing while waiting in line at lunch
It’s what my fourth hour is based around
It’s what gets me through 5th and 6th hour.
The ring tone that gets me through practice
What I listen to as I do my homework
It is the sound that puts me to sleep at night
It is me and I am it
