The Blame Game

The mouse ate up my assignment
The snake ate up the mouse
The eagle ate up the snake and flew high above the heads
Inspiring and impetus
A hazy lapse
And the sky ate up the eagle

Then what?
The fumes ate up the sky
The fumes cultivated from our desires and greed
Outgrowing and blazing

Then what?
I ate up the fumes
Sedated and rejuvenated
All set to get back on track
A midnight lapse
And the assignment ate me up!

Its An Insect Thing

The clamor
The cry
The call
The fight is on

What's in the ceilings, corners and cabinets
It's time to shine
Shine in the mud and the puddles
It's time to get torn and dirty
The rain won't come again
Break through the cocoon
No more hideouts now

It's time to shine
Shine with wounds open like windows overlooking the sea of agony and pain

It's time to rip through the swarm and rise in the open sky
Feel the air and wait till it rains again

Early In November

Beneath the starry morning still and steady
Frost laid on the leaves
Frost laid on the dreams
And stayed till the sun beams

Its early in November
And there's no rain
Oh this terrible silence and frozen pain

Sleep clinging in the closets
Sleep creeping on the floors
Sleep climbing up the walls
And stays till the reality falls

It's early in November
And I can't remember
How long will i wait and slumber?

The sky begins to pale
The black reveals is blues so dull and stale

Take a dive into your deepest fears
You'll rebound
Strive hard
And you'll rebound harder
Hit them
They'll hit you back
Inhale
And you'll exhale

Pull the trigger
You'll recoil
Fill in the gaps
And you'll find a hole inside of you
You are empty when others overflow
But you'll be full when the others go empty

Push the walls
You'll exhaust
Pull them out of their sins
And they'll push you in yours

Reality Check

Falling from the vacuum
Away from the blinking stars
Away from the careless clouds

The gravity engulfs
The dust rose in welcome and settled
Faces rose in concern and settled
Nothing new for them

The brightness took a leap beyond clarity
The pain moans in silence grabbing its mouth
The courage stood naked in the middle of everything
Trapped inside this kaleidoscope of reality
It takes effort to breathe in this omnipresent air

Gathering the countless pieces
Another zigzag puzzle ready to be solved in time
The time which is already a million miles ahead
Winking back and laughing with a face so flat and cold

The Kick!

All thoughts disappeared
Wreathed in the refreshing aroma inside my head
Slithering right through the nostrils

Without wasting time i took the first sip
And felt it seep into every corner of my body
The voices all around rose in a crescendo
And drowned me out into the sweet bitterness
Of the mesmerizing black fluid
In the mug tucked within my fingers

I felt it rushing through the veins to my head
And after a few more sips
It kicked me into a abyss of silence and bliss
Eyebrows furrowed
A flashback of random events
From the depths of my subconscious came across my eyes
And then the free fall ended
As i smashed the surface

I just had an apple
And it has instigated me
Into a realization
Of a historical spree

That Adam had it from the forbidden tree
Pissed off the gods
Unworthy was the humble plea
Cost them a divine retribution
Of hardship, pain and a crippled enemy

Snow White had it from the disguised envy queen
Suspended animation
That none of the dwarfs could remedy
Sparkled her crimson white through
A glass casket
In the middle of ebony

Newton had it from the orchard tree
How naive and fragile

The Unbound

He shut himself away
Far from the worldly sway
On a mountain top
Off the beaten path

Assets entombed in the past `
Self indulgence on the cast
A flip side for the modern day
He chose to go by the mountain's way

Time lost its charm
Years passed by
He sat on its edge
The flora and fauna passed by
Beheld what fell across his sight
Sought out what fell across his might
Chanting his words of wisdom
Eavesdropping on the sounds of his kingdom

Beneath The Moss

Entrenched at the back of my head
The moss got thicker
The moss got greener
And the moss got dense
Now it's a part of my natural landscape

They say it's sad
For the merchant of flowers that i used to be
But I love the way it never changes
Fixed and firm
With some wild flowers and fern

But one day
On its crust
Came across a scar
Deep like the ocean
And clear like the blue sky
