His Son

I love because God loves me.
He sent his son to die upon that cross
and shed his son's innocent blood for me.

Although I should have died,
he held me in his arms and
promised me a new begiining.

I know I did not deserve this second chance,
but now I can praise his name and love the way he loves me!

So Much

I love you so much
I trust you with my life.
To have your loving arms around me...
I couldn't ask for more.

That willingness to listen
and to catch me when I fall.
Those open arms to hold me, and love me when I'm wrong.

I love you so much,
I trust you with my heart.
I know you'll never break it...
But renew it all!

Painful Love

Love can be painful.
A huge lack of trust.
The heartbreak that follows it,
can tear you up inside.

That feeling of being happy
will turn to torment.
That willingness to give your heart,
and that relectance to take it back.

The secrets will destroy
whatever you believe,
and love will turn into
an imagined fantasy!

Pain Of The World

The world hurts.
It is cold and unknown.
Love turns to hate,
there is a future full of fate.

The end is near,
it will be drear.
When Christ comes,
the pain is done.

So far many fall,
under the Bible and under God's law!
They struggle with the cold, hurt, and the burning wind,
they need to stand and repent.

Hate is the pain of the world!

I fell In Love With You Today

I fell in love with you today.
I felt it in my heart.
I don't believe in love at first sight
but now I know, I was deeply wrong.

I didn't come looking for something,
I believed it did not even exist.
But beyond my wishes
you quickly changed that,

And now you hold my heart in your hand.
I fell in love with you today...

My Fortress

Each breath I take, and
each moment I think;
You are the one who believes in me.

I never feel lonely or upset,
because your love is always with me.
You mean the world, you make me whole
and you are why I am never alone.

Each word you say gives me the faith
to hold on in the storm days.
When my world comes crashing down...
I think of you and I'm okay.

Why Ignore The Truth

How can people stop caring?
How can they be so cold?
Lord your existence is so clear,
yet people still don't care.

Without your love they are lost.
I fear for them for they don't believe
in the burning flames of hell.

How can I warn them,
when they refuse to believe?
I humble myself to you Lord,
and I know that I need your help.

Here I am on my knees praying for some hope...!

Never Alone

Sometimes you feel alone
walking in a world with no hope,
but it is better if you know
that you are not alone.

There is a God who loves you
and no matter what; he'll see you through
Put your faith in him
and he will carry you.

He never leaves your side because
he is always in your heart and mind.
Be thankful for his love and help
and he won't let your faith melt...

You will always be in my heart
since you live no longer.
Your death has torn me apart
but I'm becoming stronger

and I thank you for that.

Cling To What Is Good

Never hold on to the past
or what you did wrong.
Only remember the good
and what Jesus did for you... You are forgiven.

Hold on to your happiness
and let go of your hurt.
Forget your pain and replace it with faith.
You are more beautiful than you think.

Who cares what others think,
the only person you can please
is yourself
and the Lord!

Be happy and hold on to
what makes you glad.
Why should your mind linger on;
what went wrong?
