I wish for a death
Something easy, something simple, something that will bring peace to my throbbing head and my aching heart.

It will sweep me away like that which night does to day
Romanticising of this final adventure I dream late at night
Ways to escape this life of mine
To a far away place where there is peace
Peace from cruel words and empty actions
Peace of mind

Oh please hear me, my creator
Bring me peace; a sleep so divine
Ail my pain, which forever shadows my heart
Lift the darkness surrounding me
And raise me from this fortress

My true self, dormant within me
My soul hollowed to the core
A whisper left within me dark and evil, bad and wrong
