James Trent

Car Crash Nightmare

It's quiet and there's ringing in my ears,
Warm flow of liquid drips from my eyes, tears?
I open them and then the pain comes in waves over my body,
I look up and see nobody,
Pain and silence on this thursday morning,
Blood bright red is like a warning,
Suddenly multiple shots of pain,
I say my prayers for all my sins,
But i guess......it's just me and the ringing in my ears.
