Surrender

Why do you slash your tender heart,
with a knife honed sharp by remembered pain.
Lay down the weapon of your mind,
and rest in the arms of surrender.

Forged from the steel of your love.
Moulded soft by the gift of forgiveness.
Warmed by earths many blessings.
Shining bright with the glory of life.

Heart Seeds

Tis wrong to think of such things as what's right.
When with pen to paper,
from your heart you do write.
For what lies within, is your truth beyond doubt.
Correct and alighned,
precious throughout.

If some disagree on the points that you make,
the choice is then yours, if critique you take.
And bend as you learn,
perhaps even grow.
For words are like seeds,
and feelings they sew.

Healing

My precious child, sleep well tonight.
Safe in the knowing of everything right.
Your world is your oyster, and you are its' pearl.
She'll nurture and guide you, as your dreams unfurl.

As your gentle spirit reclaims how to grow,
oceans of angels you'll come to know.
The moon and sun over, with love light your course.
And the stars of your memories, give you your voice.

Be still now my angel,
rest safe in the arms,
of lifes many treasures,
its' joys and its' charms.
