Loosing my mind.......Slowly....

I'm going to write a poem
Its going to be wonderful

One

If tears were rainbow drops
I'd be one mighty fine
Crystal chandalier

If smiles were trees
There would be one missing....

A Word.........Moored

A word is just a word
dormant on a plate
until..
it is read seen heard
or maybe too late
A soul is just a sole
floundering pon the shore
til its fed a life line
gutted or moored

Danny Draper.....

Good souls
Good eggs
Are a rarity my friend

The ones who watch your back
Whilst you are busy gazing
At a glorious sky
Unsure why on earth
You cannot fly
Within the realms of humanity

They just smile
They are just them....

Thanks Danny

Pink Slippered Angel

Two years ago...
A spritely
Human angel in a little pale pink nighty and slippers
Lean't over
The sofa
End
And
Kissed
My forehead gently whispering
'Night Kazy, see you in the morning'
There was not many mornings left

I miss that gentle kiss

Small

The small brown nightingale sings
From left bough of an insignificant tree
He brings not much
Just love and a touch
Of everything that wrenches his
Heartstrings

In his world the notes are beautiful
Blissfully unaware
His heartsichord strings are all but dishevelled
So never fill the air

Surrender

The waves were subtle
As you led me in
Half moon
Full moon
I can't quite remember
But your hand was strong
Supportive was your praise
Then
Backstroke in November

My mind was muddled
But you let me be
All me
Just me
You were tender
Your tempting tongue
Was impeccable
All I could do
Was serenely surrender

Campbells Chicken Soup

I ain't quite ready yet!
To stand in the dark recess of the cupboard
As unrequested
Out of date
Discontinued
Campbells..... chicken soup

My heart still listens
My stomach
Still loops the loop
When you are around

Yet still
I just stand
Unenjoyed
Unemployed by loves relish
So as a pitiful dog
I'll lay in my basket
And just embellish

Storm Steps

Straggled grass sits amid
Sediment sand
Eerie are the silent steps
Which stand in painful solitude
Reaching for cloudless skies
Raising thoughts heaven bound

To no-where
From somewhere barren
Wasted
Forlorn
By storm of passionate irresistable irrational winds

After a heavy storm
A staircase stands alone
All else is gone.

Poet Politics....ego fruits

There is an undercurrent
Flowing vile
Of beings
Ne-er reading or seeing just how much talent there is....

Instead
The
Dreaded....

(Cordially invited) to read my fantastic piece
Flops on the cyber mat
And i say Phah! to that

All men are equal

Play fair

You dont hold a party then decline to attend
That way dear (ego fruits)
You loose all your friends
