Student Teacher
I'm a student teacher
I love all my kids
Did'nt want to be a preacher
Like my daddy did
I go to work every day
Here at Jefferson school
I love it when we work and play
Man this place is cool
We teach whats wrong, we teach whats right
We teach the golden rule
We teach them songs and not to fight
At least not here at school
I am a student teacher
And yes I'm here to stay
I am the special feature

A Frog Like Me
Ribbit ribbit I am a frog
As pretty as a frog can be
I love to jump from log to log
Come with me and you'll see
Eating bugs is what I do
My legs are kinda short
I promise not to hug or kiss you
Cause that will give you warts
My skin is really bumpy
Not as smooth as yours
Like when your head gets lumpy
From walking into a door
Being a frog can be fun
When swimming with mom and dad
Jump on in and get some sun

Welcome Wagon
We are the welcome wagon girls
We're here to still your milk
If we drink it, we wont hurl
It goes down smooth as silk
We promise not to take too many
Just the right amount
I'll promise not to let Ms Jenny
Try and do the count
All we need to do right now
Is choose chocolate or white
I know there is a brown cow
But white, that don't seem right
Before we go out thru the doors

Don't Be Mean Be Smart
Sitting in the classroom
Trying to figure out
The difference of being mean and being smart
My teacher says, don't assume
Try a different route
Don't try and pick the world apart
There are kids in my class
That are mean to others
I don't think that, that is very nice
I see them being harassed
Except my little brother
When they see me, they always think twice
The teacher trys hard
To be fair to all

The Alphabets
I'm learning the alphabets
So I can write my name
I'm six years old, and I've been told
That learning can be a pain
My parents tried to teach me
With very little success
They thought they were cool, and put me in school
To learn from the very best
They drove me here to Jefferson
Way down on west fifth street
Your friends you won't miss, so don't dismiss
That this will be such a treat
But I wanted to learn the alphabets
Not be a famous brain surgeon
I'm just a kid, you're trying to get rid

Kids Words Of Wisdom
Take responsibility
By raising up your hand
Show off your ability
And let them know you can
Try to be positive
By keeping your school clean
I know that you are cognitive
I think you know what I mean
Don't worry just keep trying
You'll get your work done
There's no respect in lying
Especially when you're the one
Stop, think, and act
And put your things away
From K-4th, just stay in tact

There once was an apple
That had fallen from a tree
I picked it up, and it was stuck
To my hand, I could'nt get free
So I shook and shook and shook
Until my hand was sore
But from deep inside, I heard a cry

A snake or even a worm
