Leave It Be...

Leave it be,
My soul so salted.
Don't halt, nor dare to see,
For anger courses through the insulted,

A desire to scream,
A desire to aim my fists.
I break through the seam,
Alas, after that lies mists.

You never bothered to comprehend,
Just wished to end all so sweet.
No more will I apprehend!
For to amend, you never tried to meet.

Leave it be,
My weary soul.
Finally I see,
Through joy, anguish, and anger, I am whole.

Sudden Realization

A realization came by
So sudden and abrupt
I imagined I could fly
And all emotions erupt

A realization made by the view
Of your radiant face
Only appreciated by a few
The face, the face that makes my heart pace

A realization so surreal
A realization so joyful
The realization that I feel,
'Twas so beautiful

Let us not make this realization
Come to naught
For all I have seen in this elation
Was all that's been in thought

Perfect Timing

I've seen despair,
I've been crying.
I've seen the absence of air,
But all was fixed in perfect timing.

Irony takes a place,
All when I'm in agony.
Then came a face,
One that repairs and make empathy.

Hope soon blooms,
Then adjoined with one so dear.
Glance at these rooms,
Ones that used to strike one so hollow with fear.

Care found in one so void,
Found in the only thing that's true.
No more urges to be paranoid,
Now that I'm known to you.

If You May...

I would like to entwine my hands with yours, walking into the blue,
And heed everything you say.
Would this come true?
Well, only if you may...

Walking on ice, I'll support you
Walk towards me, all will be fine
The mysterious you'll walk into,
But know I'll be one to confide in, to walk straight as a line

Read this knowing,
I'm not one to divulge.
So to this message in reading,
Conceal and indulge

Of course, to indulge is to accept,
And bluntly, to accept, to discover, so to say.
So to discover, as it may be, in your life I intercept,
But of course, only if you may...

Raindrops

Descending rain,
Day to day you fall.
You're not one so tame,
You are nature after all.

I hear you calling.
You speak in such breaks.
Maybe for with the earth you keep colliding,
To your destiny, whatever it takes.

Mostly seen as dreary,
But in opinion, I thought different.
After a day so weary,
You were one to be diligent.

Raindrops, you cling,
To the windows of my room so hollow.
You came to my comfort, and sing.
Surely, a rainbow is sure to follow.

The Sweetest Torment

Tease me with a sight
A sight so sweet, so blissful
It doesn't matter if I yearn, because I know right,
That the torment it will cause, it could be nothing but painful

I have come to accept this fate,
The fate so painfully apparent
To this end, I could not debate
For this torment was so clearly inherent

Tantalizing as you are,
You made me dream, dream, and dream
A dream so distant and far
Now I wish that we could be joined by a seam

Now I seek all this was reality
I could no longer bear it
Now I fall into insanity
Where nothing is ever lit

Inclination

Man was created,
And so nature came forth from it's creation.
They progressed so slanted,
But that's what to expect from one of inclination.

One would be so naive as in life they begin,
Innocence in it's prime.
Seldom do they see sin,
Or how it will haunt them in time.

Then they grew,
Maturity broadened.
Then love began to brew,
And everyday, "he" or "she" happened.

They fell over and over,
Then sought for redemption and a helping hand.
They nonetheless still seek for a lover,
And seek to leave this land.

Out of Tears

Swollen eyes, weary face,
'Twas I was fractured, much too grief so fierce.
The heart that used to beat and pace,
Save it the solace, as through the heart, I'm out of tears.

Complete now through indifference,
Satisfaction with anguish,
All so detested, now holds significance
Nothing enriches, nonetheless make lavish...

Hear the melody of despondency so dulcet,
Let reality take hold, nothing else would matter anymore.
As if stabbed by a lancet,
Joy bleeds and drops on the universe, on it's very shore.

Inherence of anguish, I recognized.
The claws of the spurn ripped me, now worse than my own fears.
But finally in satisfaction I realized,
'Twas the illusion of triumph, that it I'm finally out of tears...

Mountains, Canyons, and Rivers

Mountains, canyons, and rivers.
In the material and abstract they're nature.
We never were receivers, nor givers.
We were never indecisive, nor were we sure.

Mountains, tall and grand,
Might one see it as an obstacle?
On the other side lies a land,
In abstract and material, is much like a miracle.

Canyons, deep and daunting,
Might one see it as a rift?
Separated from one so loved, you stand staring.
Stand upright from where you lie; I'll give you a lift.

Rivers, soothing in a mellifluous flow,
Might one see it as their life?
By dawn and dusk you row,
Through a flow devoid of strife.
