Life could be so cruel
I know you learned this young
No one saw it coming
You left us without warning

I wish I knew your pain
Would it had made a difference
I know she broke your heart
But why'd you rip yourself apart

No one heard you crying
People watched as your soul was dying
All you had to do was say the word
Now your silence has been heard

That day will never be forgotten
Memories hold you in our hearts
But memories aren't real... They can't bring you back
