Toad To Toad

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder
Alas! how very true
A toad looks lovely to another toad
And accepts the raspy voice, too
I'd gladly turn into a frog
If you would look my way
But you would probably laugh at me
And calmly go your own way
For you think you're very handsome
A prince among men of strife
You can't believe you're only a frog
In the great big puddle of life
