Love is a cold mistress
She can be cruel but kind
Yes, its her I miss
Even when she played with my mind
She brought me joy

She taught this boy
How to fight his fears
Its always there
Even if you cant see

To Wonder
It makes me wonder
How to feel I should
Loud like thunder
I know happiness is gone for good
All my life I have lived for others
I wonder if I should trust another?
The pain comes and goes
More coming than going
It hurts and it shows
Not a single sign of slowing
Where does it come from?
Why does it target me?
I feel so dumb
Over and over, but i cant see
Why do I let myself get hurt?
I feel like my face keeps getting shoved in the dirt.
Im done with life, done with the pain
This person you know, will wash away with the rain.

Life
Sweet sorrowful life, how it disappears from our gaze
How quietly our love seems to leave from our days
There is no pain like a love so painfully lost
It seems so much colder than a sub-zero frost
That love is gone, from my heart and my soul
It takes so much out of me, I lose control
There is no more time for me to wait
A life of solitude seems to be my fate
There is no love lost, nor is there any gained

A young man in life
He sits so confused
