Modern Man

Dark, dark, dark
And there is a dog’s bark

A wild heinous cry
A red mark on the sky

With unfathomable fear
I draw myself near

And saw a corpse decaying
From its mouth, I heard it saying

In a greedy murmuring sound
'Dollar, penny and pound'

Make it just a fun or a strife

Both ways, life is not all the same
It changes sadness to joy
And solitude to fame

A frolicking young lad
Or a pondering old guy
Sitting at park-side
Or jumping into joy

The lad will be an old guy
And joy turns to gloom
Youth says you 'good bye'
And Happiness makes its room

Ah! Trouble me no more

An Alain

A place to live at cost;
This world has its price
Exploitation, bias and pride
Has condemned the humans thrice

The people or place love you may
But when you leave your own
They tell you right away
Your identity is gone

And they play with you with political tools
Your character you can not hide
The Policy makes people fool
And helps others to breed their pride

Ah! No one is civilized enough
To make it easy what is tough
They make it thorny all the more
To feel an alienness at the core
