The Moment Never Had
So don’t change the fact
The moment never had
Never came
So don’t change the fact
My moment didn’t last
And I never did want to blame you
So don’t change the fact
That my moment was never had
I never really wanted it that bad
So don’t change the fact
The moment never had
Never was supposed to happen
So don’t change the fact
So don’t change the fact
The moment never had
Never came……

Tale Of Woe
Hey Mom;
I took your advice
And I didn’t even drink a drop
But my friends are too drunk to know
So I took responsibility, and I drove that group home,
But Mom, someone didn’t listen to your words of wisdom
And that driver hit the car head on.
Now I’m lying in the street
In an pool of my own blood
Mom I need you; Mom I want you; Mom can you help?
The pain is just so agonizing
Do you think doctors can save me?
Oh Mom, please don’t let me die
I’m too young to never see the light of day again,
I’ve always dreaded my day of death
And now Mom I lay here in my tomb
Just like a baby in the mother’s womb.
I can feel the tears of many, hit the floor.

Sombody's Soldier
The thoughts of you are in my head, like the blood in my veins.
They each go through my body, bringing back memories that hurt.
I can see your face and it brings tears to my eyes.
I never got the chance to tell you how much you mean to me.
You died before I could kiss your hand goodbye.
You were somebody’s son, somebody’s brother.
You were somebody’s soldier.
Even though you’re gone, your team can feel you guiding them.
They feel your heart beat with them.
They came with you on the plane ride back, and they thank you.
If it wasn’t for you they’d be joining you, but you saved them.
You’re the one who sacrificed everything to keep them alive.
You were somebody’s general, you were somebody’s captain.
You were somebody’s soldier.
Everyone is gathering around to bid you goodbye forever.
Tears streaming down their faces, and down mine.
They’re sad that they have to say goodbye, and so am I.
It’s hard to say that you’re never coming home.
