My hero—where art thou hero
Calling you in my sleep
Afraid of what seeps
Through the covers
That clings to my chest
And claws into my soul
You monstrosity of an emotion
I detest you
Yet you mock me

I vomit all the sickness
All the hate
All the tears
All the screams
Onto you

I scratch and claw
And push
Yet you still hold on to me
