The Apple

A feline swagger
poised
on stilettoes serpentine
as her loins'
perverse proximity
to an exiguous shame-shield
of bare opacity
wields
a wanton weapon
in ambulatory predation
is a most merciless man-masticating
ingenuity.

New Year

Seed-suffused
sober chariot at dawn,
resolute with visions
of a bounteous night

Seed-savouring
unwieldy wheels at noon,
supinely drunk
on the night's promise

Fruit-famished
tearful trunk at night,
wistful waiter
upon this new dazzling dawn.

Burning Candle

Pituitary reeks of wrinkles
whose advent adverse
as a bad breeze
blows at your bare brilliance.

Adrenaline billows hands
around your virile yellow,
bright in the teeth of bad breeze
as a grain animate in humus.

Till wrinkles wrap hands
in shrouds of flabby folds,
bare your fragile flame
to bad breezes brutal breath

And out your yellow flame will go
in time with breeze's harsh triumph
for burning candles melt their wax
as scribbling ballpoints sap their ink.

Crimson Christmas

Joshua's annual descent
vitiates his invisible ubiquity,
paved paths prepared,
proliferate the sublime scandal

when eclectically appropriable
in the wafer austere
as in the bottle hedonist,
omnipotence at frailty's mercy

proffers a banquet unwieldy,
reverently relished in the wafer,
boisterously in the bottle
bacchanalian bosoms bustle him:

they spurn his Utopia intangible,
evacuating the visible bounty
on the swift surreal speed
of their brimful quadruped coffin

Uwaoma

My love-jaundiced eyes
Are intent on the moon
Because I see no celestial curio
Only her wild serene face

Face that rouses my hunger
Desperate and unquenchable
Because she is no real meal
Only an abominable bowl of pork

Pork which Eleazar
Does not even simulate
Because I sense no satisfaction
Only a bait to fire my hunger

Hunger being Alexandrian
Wields a weapon futile
Because I crave no Maria
Only her absorbent tranquility
