Peter Seaford

08.00 from Kings Cross

No amusing puns come to mind
Sky of brushed alluminium
Painting the ground cold and uniform.

London ends with a promise,
MFI 'bringing homes to all'
Edged on deep rusty rutted weals
Home is where the heart is
Heart of the wood

Trees now chipped and board
Customers ripped and bored
Bore is the watchword here
Another turn of the screw
