Indian
I am the son of a Hindu father,
None other than a Muslim is my mother,
Do I then worry about my Sikh brother,
If he brings a Christian sister-in-law for me?
And if my Buddhist sister weds an Atheist?
Never, because I am an Indian loving everyone

Bhopal
Believe it, people here take care of the polluted water
How can they hold breath, till filtering the whole city?
On the air, still there is toxic methyl isocyanate,
Poison Plant stores tones of chemical waste and
A range of diseases from blindness to cancer;
Law & Justice seem to be the first victim of the tragedy here.

Madhavikutty
My story
As told by you
Delves into the infinite;
Hisses at the serpent temple
And aroma of the literary scent
Vanished into the oblivion;
In the lamp of love
Kindle some desires still
Up above the sensual feels;
Tales and poems written by you fold palms

Endosulfan
Everyone must stand in unison to ban endosulfan
No one is safe from the grip of endosulfan
Deadly pesticide of hormone disruptor is endosulfan
Outdated chemical of organochlorine is endosulfan
Stop listening to pseudo scientists of endosulfan
Unravel the vested interests that promote endosulfan
Live and let live with environs living without endosulfan
Free the world by a global ban on endosulfan
A sincere homage to all the victims of endosulfan
Now your turn to come forth and make an end to endosulfan

Happy Onam For All
History or myth, concept of Onam is good:
A generous king known as Mahabali had ruled Kerala
People were in happiness and harmony then;
Pilfering, betrayal, hording etc were unknown
Years went by, heavenly people got annoyed
One dwarf Vamana, incarnation of Vishnu,
Nicely trapped Mahabali in the name of charity;
A land of three-foot-long was his kind demand,
Mahabali agreed; Vamana grew up in original form
First two steps of Vamana measured Earth&Heaven
Of course generous Mahabali went in dilemma;
Requested by Vamana, he bowed down to the 3rd step
A generous king was thus pushed down to nether world
Leaving time, the King appealed to Vishnu for a grant
Letting him visit his people once in a year; that marks ONAM
(Acrostic of HAPPY ONAM FOR ALL)
