Pride Eyes

Oh wonderful Pride eyes,
never have you changed your gaze,
Where dreams meet destiny,
in the palm of your hands,
pushing me further,
I was scared to swim once,
look at me now!

Mr and Mrs Pride eyes,
never have I gone without,
Here is your new born,
looking back, with pride eyes.

My Trip To Auschwitz

I did not complain when my toes succumbed to numbness.
I did not complain when the bitter wind threw itself against me.
I did not complain when the thick mud ruined the flares of my jeans.

In comparison to the tragedy that has befallen here.
I have nothing of value to lose.

What is value?
What can I consider a true loss?
Nothing.
In comparison to the holocaust.

Shoot For The Benefit Of Man

The gun does not make you a hero.
The flag you bear, does not give you an automatic right.
To shoot anyone you see fit,
Anyone you catch on sight.

A murder is a murder,
No matter what your general tells you so.
Are you prepared for the bloodshed?
Can you handle the families woe?

Yes, if there were any other way.
We would have tried it by now.
The gun gives you a godly power,
your word is law, with the final blow.

But do not shoot for the love of power,
Do not shoot just because you can.
Shoot because you have to.
Shoot for the benefit of all man.
