I asked God once,
What did you expect of me?
You created me knowing
exactly who I would be.
Now the question is...
Do you still love me?
My answer came in seconds,
I love thou for which I made thee to be.

A soul has passed
Not the first,
nor the last
Never the less
A soul has passed

A soul is gone
and will be missed
Forever long
All the same
A soul is gone

A soul is through
who was loved dearly
by me, by you
Still and still
A soul is through

completed it's task
