Kill If You Have To, But Don't Steal

first thing, i'm not a poet
i was a musician
and damn good at it

second thing, i had some ethical issues
just too nervous and caffeinated
to be a good boy

meanwhile, i wander the streets
a lonely soul, i walk alone
and write my music while i'm walkin to the beat

that song was beautiful
more joyous than anything
that you have ever known

but this world is full of
traiterous pot smokin politicians

Why I Can't Rhyme

i sat on the ground
making rhymeless sounds
it was flawless
my music flew me higher
than any of my friends

but you've got your pictures
and all your priceless words
i'm far too anti-social
to be that kind of artist

so now i'm in hell
just lookin for a way out
what gives you the right
to put me there in the first place?

my music was beautiful
you ain't nothin but deceiptful
with your stupid paintings
