A moment passed
that I'll never get back
a glimpse into something I knew
a glimpse into something
I felt to be real

A song, a lyric
an image
taking me in to something deep
inside of a dream
or a fantasy or a partial memory

a moment that reminded me
that I'm alive
a theme song to my life
then it was quiet again

Green Delight

The green pastime
pastures sweet and tame
up in smoke today
sticky small green leaves
let me bit you up
we'll hit the streets
and fly like kites
colours soft and blue
pastel gel
me and you
go well together
lamb and shine
we melt ice and time
shelter me
peaceful green delight
you grow to please me
tease me
release me

All the midnight callings
'round my shoe, 'round my shoe
all the midnight callings
from me to you, from me to you

take this land I hold in my hand
let's travel far and roam baby roam
I got my hand in this jar
and you can have what's mine

roam baby roam
let's roam tonight

in my arms tonight

leftover pasta just won't do
it's time for liquid madness
over boiled craziness
half baked mental craze

60's Dream

The grass glowed with light,
effervescent green bouncing,
under the blue,
radiant air flowing around,
the hot sun warms my skin,
Wild energy surrounds me,
sparks fly about, insects sing with their burst of life,
so short

Grey skies arrive but there is no doom,
the sun warms the grey and there is light,
the birds still sing,
the grass is still green,
energy surrounds all who breathe,
earth bound we are planetary creatures

jump in to the air and feel the wind,
against your skin,
you are so alive,
under the the sun,
